Jennine Sterling at State Farm is very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn’t believe how quickly she was able to set up my auto policy, even though I am a new customer AND she had to spend significant time clarifying different options for me while—very patiently—answering all of my questions! Jennine was enjoyable to talk with too; she spoke clearly, eloquently, and was easy to hear and understand. As a bonus, she has a great sense of humor too!—which was very much needed & appreciated today!! ☺️ After a few short minutes on the phone with Jennine, I knew that I had chosen to do business with the right company. Switched my insurance over to State Farm. Tim’s Office in CDA, did all the leg work for me, I didn’t have to do a thing. They have been wonderful to work with. They have took the time to listen and answer all my questions. Feel like I have known them my whole life. I have talked with everyone in that office one time or another and never had a bad experience. I would recommend to anyone who wants insurance. I have my whole family going to them.

I have been a State Farm customer for 27 years and have no plans on changing that status in the future years. I have been very satisfied with my coverage and service. Our service at Tim Skelton, State Farm was fine, however, all we want from our insurance company is insurance. We will not support a campaign and values that directly contradict what we believe. This is not political difference but spiritual. Grooming elementary children is beyond the pale and then denying it was unbelievable. Your website shows what State Farm really values and it is not our values.
