I can not stress enough how amazing this team of professionals is. We have been with Jamie and his team for over 3 years now and they have never once disappointed us! I recommend them to every family and friend who I hear horror stories of their insurance companies who don’t treat them like customers. Jamie, Kirsty and their team are hands down the best office I’ve ever done business with. They all truly care and take pride in maintaining a great working relationship with their customers.

Jamie and his team are truly amazing! Our Agent from the beginning has been Kelsey and she just made us feel at home. When we first got to Spokane coming from another state we needed to insure both our vehicle's and through the grace of God we found her! She’s has always been there for us and always checking in. Never felt so much love from an agent or an insurance company like we have with them! I highly recommend Jamie and his team! Now that we are moving out to another state, Kelsey has found us a new agent in the town we are moving to and has organized everything for us! Such beautiful people working there. Every single person there has a kind heart and beautiful souls! Always make us feel at home especially with a 1 year old who loves to run around! Ashley was extremely helpful in finding me an insurance plan that worked for me. I’m a college student so finding something affordable and cohesive was difficult but she was very understanding and supportive. She also went above and beyond in her enthusiasm and kind manner. Jamie is always there for us! We used to use another insurance company and didn’t have a “go to”person. It wasn’t easy to talk to them. Jamie and his wife Kirsty are so knowledgeable and are there whenever we need them. We are so fortunate to have found them. It’s a totally personal experience they provide!
