State Employees’ Credit Union Daniel Rd, Forest City

Satan employees credit Union is one of the best blanks I've ever had it's a blink stuff I've been a member with them for about 11 years and I've never had a problem with them I recommend anybody going there to get a account!!!

I have been banking at this location for more than 10 years. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. Due to Covid, there has been a longer wait, which is understandable. Sometimes you have to wait outside if you're wanting to do something inside. They are also very helpful when it comes to loans, be it a mortgage or a car loan. They really do have the best rates. There is always a wait, no matter what time of day you go, but it's worth it for the great service they provide.

All I needed to do I give them my new insurance policy number for my car which is paid for with a loan from this bank. This idiot asked me who the lean holder was like if it wasn't this bank why else would I freaking be here?? Then he asked what the deductible was like he cant find all that out with the policy number I gave him. Then he proceeded to give me the phone number for the insurance company as if i don't already have that and told me to call them to find out the lean holder information WHICH HE ALSO WROTE DOWN FOR ME??! So I was so twisted by this dude giving me the run around that I just shook my head and walked out confused as hell. I'll go somewhere else. How did he even get that job?

Have no problem with the location, just hast to be the slowest bank in the county.

As a home seller do not use this bank unless you have a good real estate agent working for you. I just got cheated out of $24,000. In home equity because they convinced me to just send something simple in writing to get the loan process started, it would be easy to update or change later. Not true once you put anything in writing they got you. You will not be able to change anything. They are sketchy and misleading. Seller BEWARE!

Awesome service an bank tellers are always smiling an wonderful feeling from the whole bank

This bank is by far the best in Rutherford county, there staff works hard for you and shows that they care for you as a customer and friend. Darlene king and Christina at the forest city branch are Aces in my book.

I think it's not right to put a 4 day hold on a bank check from a nation wide bank.

Customer service and overall attentiveness to members is great.
