No website. I don't know what they have and I wouldn't even know by day if they had anything interesting. Probably a buy here pay here lot with interest rates as low as 12% no lower. But a website could tell me better and the fact it doesn't have one it doesn't attract my attention. I have no way to do research on anything and that is a massive red flag.

In August of 2017, I came to Universal to look at the AWD Ford Edge that was currently in their lot. After test driving it, I decided I wanted to trade my Ford Focus in for the Ford Edge. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and gave me the highest dollar amount they could for my Ford Focus. The paperwork process was fast, and I was able to drive off in the Ford Edge within an hour. Roughly two months down the road, my Ford Edge began experiencing some transmission issues. It would go into “limp mode” and my father and brother in law were unable to figure out what was wrong. I called Universal and they offered to have their mechanic look at it and work on fixing it for me. They were able to fix the issue and covered the cost for me. I am very thankful I chose to do business with Universal.

Excellent cars and friendly service. Ignore the review from christopher howard. He bought a car he couldn't afford while maintaining a meth habit. Tried to sell the car he was making payments on with a fake title and was arrested for fraud.

Wonderful place to get any type of vehicle you want friendly service trust worthy (bought 3 vehicles there over the years for work vehicles ) perfect staff have no complaints thank you

I started buying vehicles from this lot in early 2000. They always have nice cars, and affordable pricing. My family shop at this dealer all of the time. I have had only great experiences with this lot and the knowledgeable and professional people that work there.

You buy a polished turd with tons of problems and they never report to the credit bureau but sure will report it if you don't pay your payments Whole business is full of conmen trying to sell you a car with a ton of makeup on it to hide the fact that it's junk
