First off Angie Knight's review is invalid as she is an employee at this office! First deception! 2nd deception is we were told by using the Drive Safe & Save app we would save money and it would track only miles. WRONG!!! It tracks cell phone use even if using GPS, tracks speeding, braking and acceleration! We couldnt get the app to work properly and my husband's car was in the shop for 1st 1.5 mos so bc of this we were charged an extra $52 for 3 months!!!! How is that fair?! Please tell me!! Even Ben Hibbert stated that a lot of his clients were having issues with this app! So then why continue to offer it?! THEN because we had breakdowns and towing with State Farm AND Liberty Mutual, State Farm said they were cancelling our towing upon renewal date. Wow!!! Sorry the mechanics cant do their job and we kept having issues!! Not our fault! So as far as we are concerned, State Farm and this agency is one of the worst we've ever dealt with in our 45 and 56 yrs of driving!!!! I think that says it all! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Nothing but rip offs and dont know what they're offering!
