Bradley and Kami do an awesome job! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs help with their mortgage.

This is a great bank with very friendly and helpful staff. They are much more personal then what you will find with them larger banks like Wells Fargo or even Zions Bank. Unlike the larger banks, State Bank hasn't forgotten "who keeps them in business" despite what the other banks may claim. ;-)

This is an awesome bank! I have worked with the branches in Kanab, Hurricane, and the two branches in St George. All of them are very professional and very helpful. I have had an account with them for close to 19 years.

All these other reviews must be really old because it's really nothing like that now you get this really snotty look like what do you want and God forbid you bring change to a bank to exchange it I mean who does that especially when they offer their members free Coinstar unlessunless you have your hat on backwards then they'll discriminate against you and charge you to use it when I'm a member for 6 plus years and rarely brought coins in this place is a joke I mean they literally call every Bank within range to tell them to charge me you're going to do that for me they need to go for everyone not just discriminating against certain people that's false advertisement by the way it's funny you go in in the branch manager talks to you about a box of pennies and ask you if you are business and you tell then no but if you're low I understand oh no no you're fine and then turn around and charge me you're better off going to a bank in Mexico than dealing with these little petty kid games I mean isn't that what a banks for to exchange your currency but oh my Lanta if they have to move and grab a box of coins all heck breaks loose so if your a collector ecspecially or if you like to coin roll hunt this bank is 100% against you having a hobby and preserving some history of the United States of America currency. UNBELIEVABLE here I find it absolutely mind blowing that I can ask my own bank for currency and they do this but yet I can go to a bank that I'm a NON member to and exchange all the time and there even nice enough to order me boxes WITHOUT charging for me it if your in St George area the River Rd manager is the most disrespectful lady I've ever dealt with she is the Corella DeVille of banks 👎👎👎

I opened new business accounts with State Bank of Southern Utah. The process was simple and efficient. I own a small business in St. George and needed a bank with hours that closely match our business hours. I looked at almost every bank in St. George and this is the only bank who opens at 8:00 am. The employees have gone out of their way to answer questions, provide assistance and help me get set up with online and mobile banking. A shout out to Jared Caldwell for his amazing service and prompt answers to my questions.

I cannot believe how out of date banks and companies can be in the 21st century. This bank is not up to date, they have very old processes that need to be updated. A simple solution in the 21st century takes literally seconds to send money to other banks but they still rely on printers, fax machines and very outdated processes. What would normally take me seconds took me an hour of stress to finish a simple transaction. KEEP UP TO DATE WITH SOCIETY! LITERALLY - Businesses go out of business if you don't keep up to date with the times. If you need help with your marketing and updating your business reach out to me, this is ridiculous. I'm a business coach and only write this because this company needs some help.

Glad we chose State Bank. People were all very nice and the location is handy. We hope they consider a new branch at I-15 exit 2 soon. We made the right chose and encourage anyone moving in from out of state to do so as well. GO BIG RED
