State Bank of Cross Plains - Cross Plains Main St, Cross Plains

I have been with this bank for over 19 years and boy has it went downhill. They have lost my deposits and issued replacement cards on wrongs accounts. They could care less that we moved over 10 accounts away from the bank and did not even want to see me in person when we asked to cancel the accounts. I would not suggest using them for any type of account! Other banks are much better and will be happy to see you.

I use multiple locations and have always found the Staff to be friendly & helpful at every location. A great place to bank and Great People! Thank You to all of them.

I use the Mt. Horeb branch. Great, friendly and efficient customer service. Competitive loan rates. Nice place to do business.

I love State Bank! Other banks try snatch-and-grab techniques on money in checking accounts, State Bank GIVES YOU MONEY. Wow. Having moved from Wells Fargo before their latest scam and scandal, I am happy to go local to a bank we can TRUST. Personnel are friendly and well-informed and always helpful. I mortgage with them, invest with them, bank with them, so does my son. When he makes mistakes, they help out. Like I said before, wow.

Cross Plains bank practices unethical banking practices. Without notice they shut my small business loc and bank accounts down, no notice until a day later. Called them and emailed, not once did anyone respond. Understand the business was successful and the not only needed to renewed. It was personally approved by bank Tara Sawyer who I have discovered is not a business banker but someone that worked in credit. Do yourself a favor get out. They are in bad shape.
