This is the first I have ever gone to a place to get a loan that is not a bank. And I was beyond pleased with the customer service. Eric is the assistant manager in training. Randi is the store manager who was by Eric’s side through the whole process. They both answered al my questions and have a great attitude. Amber was also there who greeted when she entered the building. It felt like they cared that we were there.
