    Did have a positive experience and staff was courteous and attentive. Went in for oil change and tire rotation as well as recall service. Oil change was routine, they measured tread depth on front and rear and informed me that tires didn’t need rotation this time as front tire depth was better on front and no need to swap. I did receive news at the end of my service that recall part was not available and had to be ordered. I recall stating in my appointment that I needed the recall and I think the service department should have been ready for my vehicle with the required part as recalls are supposed to be something they are prepared for in my opinion, I was a bit perturbed since I had to travel 40 minutes to get to the dealership and now I have to make another trip.

    I was nervous to purchase my first car, but Russ Darrow made the process easy. They were so helpful and nice the whole time I was shopping. They even worked with me to find a car that fit my budget and checked off everything I wanted. Mike and Ryan were especially helpful during this process. Ryan worked with me on my budget and Mike made the process of shopping for a car fun. Russ Darrow also cares about how my car was going to perform after it left the dealership, which is something that you don’t see at many dealerships these days. I would highly recommend Russ Darrow for anyone looking to get a good deal on a reliable car and have a good experience shopping!

    They have very friendly customer service. I love the video sent looking around under my car to show a quick overview of what was checked. The work performed was good quality and everything I wanted was looked at. They provide a free shuttle service with friendly driver to dropoff and pickup from work or home while your car is being serviced, which is very convenient. I did not shop around to check pricing for equivalent services (I had an oil change, check engine light diagnostic, and overall car review for 40k+ miles), but the cost seemed high to me. My gut says other shops could be 10-20% less, but I'm comfortable going to Russ Darrow because I like the customer service and always have good experiences.

    Took my car in for an oil change. In the past we were told that it was no appointment necessary on Saturday. Got there and was informed they had changed their policy to appointments only. They fit me in but it would have been nice if we had been updated on the new policy as I had driven an hour to bring it to the dealership.

    Our experience with Russ Darrow Kia Madison was the most relaxing car buying experience we’ve ever had. We explained what we wanted out of a vehicle and they exceeded our expectations.     I bought car from them last October, I took car to my local Kia dealer for service on my ac. They called me and asked if I was in a car accident ? I said no , well your radiator is crunched in like it was so Kia isn’t gonna cover the cost or the cost of the rental car I used for 3 days. So I took my car up to Russ Darrow where I bought it the service manager Keith Anderson was the bigger sdickhead I’ve ever met in my life. He was claiming a rock or ice flew through my grill and did this. They also didn’t disclose it he car fax to me when I bought the showing the damage to the car. Then say oh well the general manager is willing to work with you to get this resolved, they tried selling me a car 5000 more than my current. Will never buy another Kia or deal with Russ Darrow again terrible terrible customer service

    I have had some good experiences, but the bad definitely outweigh the good. For starters, I had my transmission replaced under warranty and was told no rentals were available (which was a stress in itself) and would be reimbursed for purchasing my own. It has been months and I have contacted both customer service as well as the dealership and have yet to receive my reimbursement. Fast forward to now, and I have another repair. I scheduled an appointment online and received a confirmation. I drive 45 minutes for the morning appointment only to be told that the online system hasn't been working so they don't have an appointment for me. They can't get me in for another 2 weeks. I completely understand being busy but I made this appointment over a week ago so now am waiting even longer. The customer service in both of these situations has been less than helpful. If my car wasn't still under warranty I definitely would not be going here.

    I went to have my KIA Sportage serviced and was not aware they had changed their policy to require an appointment. Since I drove over an hour they worked me in and got the service completed in just a couple hours. Great staff and the video inspection was an added plus! Thanks for great service!

    Was not a bad place to buy a car .the employees were great and they worked hard on getting us in a vehicle was a little rough on the 6hr wait time but they stayed after hours and stuck it out now as far as the vehicle so far so good. didn't realize you could still sell a vehicle with open recalls so now have to go back and get the recall handled .. overall not bad I think for a first time car buyer

    Russ Darrow provides great service and was very helpful throughout needing a total engine replacement for my Kia. They worked with Kia to get a new engine through the recall and kept me updated throughout. Their staff is great at communicating what they are doing as well

    I took my car in to have it checked out because the "check engine" light was on and to get an oil change while I was at it. While the service for the oil change seems to have gone well enough (although more expensive than I could probably have gotten it elsewhere), when they called me about the check engine condition, they claimed that it was a "evac" code probably caused by a loose gas cap, even after I explained that the light had been on now for over a week and so should have cleared up if that was the case. In any event, when I got the car back the check engine light was STILL ON. So they didn't resolve the issue I specifically brought my car in for and I'll have to waste another day bringing it back.

    My experience this time was AWFUL! I had a text from Cliff asking how my 2015 Sorento was doing (I leased a 2019) He also said that you needed to make an appointment for oil changes now which should help save time. I had an 11:00 appointment today which I showed up 15 minutes early for. The shuttle driver took me to a close business to waste somw time. I called in at 11:55 for a ride back and talked to same person I had left my vehicle, keys and PHONE NUMBER with. I returned at 12:10 and my vehicle was still sitting there untouched. Now I understand that things happen that take longer...but I received NO CALL! I ended up having to leave at 12:30 with NO OIL CHANGE because I had an appointment I had to get back for in Dodgeville. What good is an appointment???

    If you're coming here for anything outside of routine service, make sure you have low expectations. The service department is extremely hard to get a hold of, and they are very non-responsive. I called on a Monday and was told my service advisor was with another customer, but that I could leave my name and number and they'd call me back as soon as they were done. I didn't get a response until Saturday. Even then, it was a text message, they didn't even call! The following Monday I spent several hours on hold, chatting with online support, etc., trying to find someone I could talk to about the service I needed. Never managed to get through. At this point I'd taken my car there multiple times for oil changes, tire rotations, etc., but the second I needed something outside the routine services, I got stonewalled.

    I took my car in when it would not start. The dealership was very busy. Although there was a brief communication problem, they satisfactorily answered my question, immediately checked my car and reported back to me that it was ready for pickup. So far, no further problems. I appreciate their fast response.

    From my first inquiry phone call to when I was driving off the lot with my new car I had a good experience. Johnathan Chizever answered all of my questions and offered to help with anything I might think of later. The process was relatively quick for buying a car and the sales manager honored the online price. Why pay the same price on a used car, 2 years older, with 40,000 miles? Or a used car 1 year older for $2,000 more? A brand new 2022 Kia Soul for cheaper was a no brainer.

    Had an oil change done on a Saturday with no appointment! Not available in Milwaukee, and I needed it that weekend. The experience was very smooth, and the service manager was exceptionally nice. Worth the drive, to use a free coupon. I may go back, even without the discount.

    This dealership would not honor their advertised web price. My wife and I were on the market for a new car and went to this dealership to test drive. We liked the car, but noticed that the window price was $6k higher than the advertised price for the same car (same vin#) listed on their website. We assumed this must be due to options that were recommended, but when inquiring were told that this is what all dealerships do now. The options they are forcing you to take are essentially service contracts that do not add to the value of the car, and are not listed online. Since they won’t honor the advertised web price, it is a textbook case of false advertisement. The sales associate we dealt with was dismissive and rude when this was brought up. We’ve since found the same car at another dealership at a $6k discount, and good customer service. If you value honesty and customer service, shop elsewhere. (update: since our experience the dealership has been contacted by the DOT and forced to update their prices online. We tried multiple times to reach out to the dealership regarding this issue but they would not return our calls.)

    I didn't realize appointments are currently required for an oil change. After I drove across town and learned of the new policy, Joe was kind enough to squeeze me in for an oil change. It was done within 90 minutes, a wait that I was used to from prior visits. Thanks Joe!

    Buyer beware! This dealership advertises vehicles in their inventory when searching their Madison location website. To find out the vehicle is at a different location and could not be seen/sold in Madison. What a waste of time. Altho it's their loss.... plus just an FYI they are marking their vehicles up over $5,000 over MSRP. Go to Finnin Dubuque they are not asking over MRSP. Take the drive. I know that's where I'm ordering my car from now.

    Overall, everyone that helped me in purchasing a 2018 Honda CR-V were helpful and respectful. Jonathan and Alex were informative and made me feel confident that I was making a good decision. Financing manager was a little pushy, perhaps because it was the end of the day, but it was enough to make me question my decision towards the end. Regardless, I’m happy with my purchase and my overall experience with this dealership.

    After confirming that a simple service as a oil change did not require an appointment, it was suggested I would need to use the express service and best done at less busy hours like weekdays; they said weekday evenings and weekends might result in a weight of a couple hours. When I took off work, and presented for an oil change on a Wednesday afternoon (before the end of the workday), I was told that my wait would be a couple hours. I left, foregoing the oil change because I don’t have a couple hours to spare which is why I took the time off work to try to have it done during the week day. And at my last service appointment, I asked about a secondary issue and the man said he would call me back to discuss it further after he would check some things out and I never heard from him.

    I was pleased with our experience with our salesperson, Eric. He was both friendly and knowledgeable and very on top of things. He was professional and also gave us the time we needed when we were in the dealership when we wanted to discuss things amongst ourselves. It's fair to say that it was easy to see that Eric is genuine and cares about the customer. Thank you for all of your help in finding my new wheels, Eric! I did have to leave a star off, as I didn't appreciate the demeanor of the finance manager. I felt that he was pushy on the extended warranty pieces, even after we said no. And seemed irritated when you said no. Like as in you needed to say yes "and now what are you going to do when something happens to this", etc. and I somehow needed to explain my reason for declining it. Also, he gave us conflicting information on Kia warranties versus what is listed in the manual. I hope that wasn't a marketing tactic. Lastly, I think if you are going to put a Simoniz package of $599 on every new and Certified Pre-owned vehicle, that's fine, but it should not be showing up as an "option" that the customer selected on the finance manager's tablet as if you're agreeing to it. It should be figured into the already established list price of the vehicle, included as an already existing option, just as any other option that is already on the car and as part of the listed price.

    Car not bought from them, but horrible CS. They have 5 people sitting at the Service desk, within ~10 feet of each other. Minus Covid, no one can hear or do anything without yelling. Likewise, they acknowledged that the website and texts don't actually work, just marketing. They are really bad, I mean, the worst service dept. in that regards that I've seen.

    Best oil change experience ever! We were shown a video on our phone prior to any work done. Our care car provider, Joe, showed us every part (via video) inspecting everything under our vehicle from wires to brakes to our filthy filters which did need replacement. In and out in 45 min feeling a sense of security knowing the vehicle was fully inspected and all was good!

    Awful service. Second time scheduling an appointment only to be told once I'm here they dont take appointments and dont have the staff onsite to perform the scheduled service requested. Anyone can schedule an appointment as the advertise on their website. Since I purchased 2 cars here and part of their Gold Service Program I figured you'd be treated better. The sales team has always been great however service is not one of their core values. Beware.

Every call I make is answered with excuses and I will get back to you, but then they never do. Even though I have been dedicated customer of Russ Darrow, I am done. 3 months without my car is ridiculous

    I’m torn on this for a few reasons. Was the dealership relatively easy to deal with? Yes. Was the staff accommodating and friendly? Yes. Was the deal I made with them good? Yes and no. I traded in a vehicle for a much newer, lower mileage, used vehicle. I know that doing so does yield an amount of risk. However, I did my best to cover my bases and still had issues. The short of it is: I bought an Electric Vehicle/Hybrid. I asked the salesman to plug it in to make sure it charged. He drove to their service dept. and plugged it in. 20 minutes later he returned and said it charged fine. Showed me the dash and it displayed an electric range of 3 miles. I was content and the deal was made. I get home 4 hours later, plug it in...error message on dash. “Unable to charge”. But the salesman charged it right? Wrong. Driving it charges the battery a slight amount. So those “3 miles to empty” displayed were from driving it. $650 to fix at the Local GM dealer, the day after buying it. Now was this intentionally done? I certainly hope not. Definitely not an accusation. Regardless, I’m on the hook for the repair. Maybe I should’ve demanded they charge it in front of me. Maybe I should’ve demanded I take it to a 3rd party mechanic during the test drive. Maybe I should’ve done a lot of things that I didn’t. At the end of the day, would I purchase another vehicle from this dealer after this? Probably not. Lesson learned I suppose.

    There's another Kia dealership in town closer to me but I choose to come to Russ Darrow because of the excellent service. One feature that I found remarkable is the video inspection recap they sent me. Ben, our service mechanic, sent me a video of him going over the inspection..pointing out what he's looking at and what he's looking for. This should be an industry standard! This type of transparency fosters trust with a dealership. Kia has come a long way and the dealerships have not always done the brand justice but I'm glad that Russ Darrow Kia lives up to the new look Kia! Bravo.

    First off, Jonathan C. was amazing! He let us look at the car my husband and I talked then wanted to go for a test drive. As we drove he explained all the nice features of the car! He was extremely nice and always addressed both me and my husband even though he was the only buyer! Ha! He was patient, and made the experience so much fun! I hate car shopping! Its the worst shopping one can do, but he made it super fun, friendly and customer service was through the roof! We had a blast shopping for our new 2020 Kia Sorento. Thanks to everyone who helped with the process of being able to take our car home same day! Even though I was not expecting to drive home with our new car. Experience was awesome!     Worst experience at car dealership ever. After saying I would buy a car they had in stock, and telling them we were driving a car 4 hours for a trade in, they put up the price by $5k (with non optional extras) overnight when we arrived to do the transaction. The additional extras were scribbled on a hand-written note next to the price tag (it was not there when I test drove the car). After calling other Kia dealerships I was told this is typical for Ross Darrow. Beware and be careful.

    I had my first maintenance on my Kia yesterday. Leah was the specialist who helped me. Very impressed with how easy and fast the process was. I originally only came in for an oil change but Leah let me know of a few other things that were recommended to be done such as a tire rotation and some updates due to recalls. She was very helpful and explained everything very well! Very pleased with Kia!

    I didn't have an appointment, but I was cruising by at 7:30 AM. I stop to see if they could help me with a quick oil change and check my deflated tires.     I stopped in without an appt needing a battery..."immediately" per AAA after a jump start. I got to the dealership just a few minutes after the service dept had closed. BEN, who was there on his day off, found the battery I needed and stayed to put it in, on his own time! I explained that I had just started a new job 2 days earlier and couldn't risk my car not starting in the morning. Who does this kind of "Above and Beyond" customer service anymore?     Bought a vehicle in November and I've never felt so taken advantage of during the sale. Extremely uncomfortable and definitely wasn't a pleasurable experience. A month later I noticed quite a bit of white smoke coming from the tail pipe I took it in and they said that it's normal for a V6 engine.. I doubt that, I'm thinking I'll take it elsewhere for a 2nd opinion. I also noticed grinding noises as I turn left after having them rotate my tires as well as scratch marks on my vehicle. They took pictures and was told the service manager would reach out to me.. that was 4 weeks ago and since then I've contacted them once and still have yet to hear back from the Service manager about the scratches . Not happy;!! Oh they also said a tune up for $700 for the vehicle would be good. I just paid $15,000 for the vehicle. And had it less then a .month before issues.

    Have always had great service at Russ Darrow but not on this occasion. Set up an appointment for my daughters car to be worked on due to a recall issue this Thursday and just called to find out it wont be looked at until Monday. Was told their service system has been down for the last week and they are backlogged. I called on Wednesday to check on status and as i was told all was on track to inspect on Thursday. Now that i call on Friday am told it will not be looked at until Monday at the soonest. Beyond disappointed in warranty failure on low mileage 2015 vehicle along with being misled and customer service at dealership.

    I’ve had all of my maintenance work and repairs done by Russ Darrow during the six plus years I’ve owned my Kia Soul. I’ve always been satisfied with their service. Recently they worked on fixing an engine problem. Shortly afterwards the problem reoccurred which required a new part. Joseph in the Service Department covered the cost of the additional repair.

    Absolutely horrendous service. A year or two ago I tried to buy a car through them and was asked if my “husband would be the sole financial decision maker on my new vehicle.” Then recently I had no choice but to get my car towed there to get rekeyed and fixed. They ordered the wrong parts several times and refused to order parts that were needed because “they would do that later.” Over a month after my car was there, nothing was done yet on the car. The second my car was rekeyed insurance pulled the car to another dealership due to the terrible service at this Kia dealership. 0-10. Would not recommend.

    We got the impression that we were in the way and bothersome and they did not seem very interested in helping us solve all of our vehicle’s problems. People can have a bad day and I’m willing to give the benefit of the doubt to anyone, but this was unpleasant. We receive all kinds of junk mail from them wanting to buy our vehicle, so they are interested in that. But they don’t seem to want to earn their money honestly by fixing things with a car that is paid for (that we bought from them). We were more than willing to pay for anything and everything that we needed to get done. Never Again.

    I went in with an oil light on and it was due for an oil change also. I got my oil change and left. I went over to the West Town Mall and the oil light came back on. I was not very happy! I called them and they told me to come back and that they would have someone look at it. After further review they found out that it needed a sensor and they had one in stock and replaced it right away. They were very pleasant to deal with. 😊

    I'm only giving this place 3 stars because the service center where you get your vehicle fixed is great. As far as the car buying experience - 0 stars. First off they ran our credit 4 times when we specifically said to try once and that's it. The salesman was told it would only be run once, but that wasn't the case. They simply got our info and rate shopped at our credits expense. Secondly, when we had approval from a bank and were gonna go with them the sales manager kept pushing us to go with the bank they deal with. Thirdly, when we got the check from bank and went to the dealer to give it to them the paperwork hadn't been started, nor the detailing of the car because the salesman didn't tell anyone we were coming. We were stick there for over an hour waiting. Finally they tried adding a Simoniz paint and fabric protector for $1,500 into a loan not telling us it was optional. It was a horrible experience and a lot of waiting around. Still buy a Kia, the warranty is great, but get it somewhere else. Like I said, the service department is fantastic, so you will have a good experience IMO having your car worked on. I highly recommend you speak to Joe in service. He is fantastic.

    3/17/18 Cliff Roberts did s very good job describing the features of the Soul and what options I had. I hope I get to work with him again. 9/7/21 Today I took my car in for service what I thought was a passenger rear suspension issue. I worked with the service man call it Eric. He was way above my expectations. I could tell he thoroughly inspected the car and when they didn't hear the same noise I did they gladly went for a ride with me so I can point out where I heard the noise from. He rode in the back seat and thoroughly checked out and found that it was a hinge on the rear back seat. Now this is what I call a service. He went above and beyond to make certain that I was satisfied and my issues were resolved. They were. This man is worth his weight in gold. Thank you so much Eric!

    This place is an absolute joke to get any repairs done if it’s not oil. Went to get something replaced & they have had the car for almost four months now. They also keep telling me & my partner that it should only take a week or two max to finish up because they were waiting on one part & told both of us no one was ahead of us for engine repairs. That was a month ago, we are still being told it will be 1-3 weeks potentially to get are car back from them. The car was also purchased from them & not even a year after owning it has to have the entire engine replaced. Also why do they advertise a car rental on the phone for when your getting repairs done, but every person we’ve talked too says they don’t offer such a thing? This place has costed us so so much money that we should have gone to an actual reputable place that doesn’t lie constantly. Maybe we will actually get a functioning car from this place. Look at other places before you go here or think about getting a car here. This is absolutely not worth it & it’s seems that we are not the first ones to deal with this kinda stuff from here. You also can’t keep telling it’s because of a part shortage. If it actually is maybe call them & let them actually have updates on their car. Every single time I wanted an update to anything we had to call them even when things have happened or let us know it will take longer instead of just leaving them hung up to only wonder & question if it will ever be finished.

    Jonathan Chivever was an amazing sales consultant! Honestly, this process couldn't have been smoother and he was very forthcoming about the pros and cons of each vehicle. He didn't fuss when I wanted to test drive three vehicles and was very accommodating in the cold weather by bringing up each vehicle and letting it run for a little bit. I was there for quite some time and he answered all of my questions and came across as very personable. It felt like I was purchasing a vehicle from a friend. I live in the Janesville area and will most likely be going to Russ Darrow for my service because I had a great connection with the sales team and managers. Very highly recommended dealer especially because they were not pushy whatsoever. I ended up trading in my lease and coming home with a vehicle same day.     I purchased a vehicle 4 months ago. I had to replace the battery today. When I did so I found out that my 2016 vehicle had a 2013 battery. So I was sold a vehicle with a 8 year old battery. When I called asking why I was told that “we test to make sure it’s working properly but we don’t check dates”. I can understand replacing a battery being my responsibility I just feel the dealership could have done more for me then “sorry you have a sour taste in your mouth now” I was a return client and purchased a brand new vehicle in 2008. I won’t be returning or referring anyone here if they can’t understand my frustration of having to replace my battery 5 months into my purchase

    Joe was very helpful with facilitating the thorough care of my car. I was concerned that I wasn't getting the typical gas mileage after having repair work done. The Technician agreed that the car was all in order. That the gas mileage was due to the low January temperatures. Joe looked at the total miles on the car mileage, and informed me that I was due for an oil change and tire rotation, This really helps because I live in Whitewater so this saves me an extra trip to Madison.

    I purchased 4 cars here and don't understand why I've kept coming back. Had a poor experience about every time. 1st car I purchased 2015 soul was a lemon and they replaced with 2018 soul. That car had many issues and then they low balled me on buy bask offer. Had no issues with the 2019 Sorento I purchased from them until they again low balled me when trading for a 2022 ev6. I ordered all weather mats from parts, was told they were back ordered but they found a set and if I paid for them over the phone my mats would be in Monday. I paid for mats and on Monday and I'm told that mats are on backorder (already knew) and now they won't get until Friday or next week. When I paid for them I was told they would be in on Monday. Also brought my audi in for an oil change at service where I've been bringing in my other cars for service for years. They charged me over $200 for an oil change and wanted $300 to replace a burnt out headlight. I purchased part for $30 and replaced myself. I am done doing business with russ darrow. EV6 is my last purchase here, they are losing a long time customer

    Great customer service as usual. They took care of a recall for me (at no expense) that fell just outside of my car's age timeframe, and also took care of another recall I wasn't even aware of. My only suggestion is it's time to purchase some new chairs in the customer waiting room. Those things are SOOOOO uncomfortable. Even another gentleman said the same thing.

    The financing options here are a joke. They won't work with your bank which should have been red flag #1. I was given an interest rate of 8.9 when other lenders offer me 2.6 % When they ran my credit it was 80 points lower than it actually is, I understand sometimes things fluctuate, but 80 points is a large jump. I signed papers saying they could run my credit but I didn't expect them to run my credit 7 plus times!! Each time your credit is ran it drops your score. once..sure... 7 times was a little much. Over all my experience was not good, and I wasted my whole day. The guy that showed us different vehicles was very kind (ONLY reason for 2 stars) Lesson learned

    The engine died on our Kia Sedona and we had to have it towed to the dealership. Joe was amazing. He worked so hard to make sure the warranty company paid and that our engine was rebuilt. It was a big job and I am forever grateful that he helped us out and kept us in the loop.

    Booked a 12.30p appt for "express" oil change, car wasn't touched till 1.10p, plus had to do synthetic instead of normal oil, out at 1.50pm!!! ...I could have easily pulled in to Smart Motors down the road, be done within 30mins and not have to pay almost double the $s for synthetic switchover (plus would've enjoyed better refreshments 😄)!!!

    Try somewhere else....or preferably don't buy a Kia. The extensive history of engine trouble (and failure) is bad enough. Taking it to a dealership that will do whatever it takes to NOT honor the Kia engine recall is even worse. Don't let the rebrand fool you, new logo or not Kia's have a long history of MAJOR engine problems. For your sake and the sake of your finances, I would shop elsewhere

My 2017 was burning oil which they were fully aware of because i told them every time (on time) I went in to get my oil changed. They refused to look into it and said there is nothing they can do about it. It was under warranty and said if something happened to it, the engine would be covered. I'm fully aware that if it did not have oil in it and the engine went to hell, it would not have been covered. Now, my car is no longer under warranty and I'm having engine problems which I will be paying in full and out of my own pocket. Good job on dodging the bullet with my vehicle so you don't have to cover it! I've been spreading the word about how I was treated also. Maybe if I had a pair of balls between my legs it would have turned out different...

    After 4 months of waiting for a new engine I am still without a vehicle. I’ve been told there are no loaners available. I understand there is a delay on parts, but after talking to other Kia dealerships this amount of delay is not right. Every time I call I am placed on hold several times and left with no good answers. Service department has been far less then helpful and sales won’t even give a fair price to buy it back.

Unfortunately due to the amount falling under this recall it has produced a back order nationally. We are always interested in purchasing vehicles in addition to selling and repairing them.     I am so happy with my car. The whole process was so easy. I worked with Alex and he was so nice and helpful. He knows what he is doing and it shows. He and his sales person Tony answered all of my questions. This was my first time getting a car and I have heard so many horror stories of how people can be so rude and try to take all of your money, but my experience was the complete opposite.

    Came for a Kia recall parts that they fixed for free. My tires needed to be replaced so I got it done as well. The total expense was a little more than national average cost of replacing all four tires. Even with an appointment set, I was there for a solid 3 hours. The waiting area was nice with a TV and computers with free wifi for everyone. Some snacks, drinks, and vending machines are available as well. There is also a small children play room. Not very happy about the wait but they still did a good job. I was not the only one who had to wait for 3 hours or more. Maybe they're understaffed.

    Very pleased with my experience with Russ Darrow Kia. The car buying process was fairly quick and definitely more simplified than some of the other dealers in the area. Eric was a huge help. Even though I stopped in unannounced, he was more than ready to help me. He took the time to explain everything to me to keep me in the loop through the whole buying process. Eric made sure to thoroughly explain all of the features of the car inside and out. Eric was kind enough to take time to detail my car himself before I took it home, as the normal detailing employee had left for the day, and he wanted to make sure the vehicle was in top shape. I’m extremely pleased with the prices, I think I got a REALLY good deal!     Russ Darrow Kia recently installed new tires on my 2019 Kia Sorrento. Unfortunately , due to a communications mix- up they were not actually installed when I picked up the car and paid for the tires. I subsequently discovered that my old tires were still on the car and had to take the car back in to have the new tires actually installed. My service experience with Russ Darrow is usually fine but I understand that even in good organizations snafus sometimes happen.

    I was throughly surprised by my experience. I typically use another dealership to get my oil changed. But because where I normally go was booked I went to Russ Darrow. Though I paid more than I do at the other place, I was stunned to get texts and a video of the check point walk through, even showing me the filters to point out how dirty they were. The staff was amazing and very polite from start to finish.

    The service center at this dealership is wonderful! John was EXTREMELLY helpful while I was waiting for my car to be fixed. When I purchased the vehicle from a dealership in MN, my name was spelled wrong on the warranty paperwork. John was able to work with the Kia warranty department and find my warranty paperwork so my car could be fixed at no cost to me. I will definitely be going back for my future service needs.

    Bought a car from russ darrow kia and had the best experience, Now a couple months later trying to get in for oil change and you can't make appointment and everytime I go in I'm told 2 hour wait. Now way over due for oil change. I dont live in Madison and try to go before work and don't have time to wait for 2 or more hours. Now I'm due for tire rotation and other maintenance and when you try to make a appointment first one available isn't till december. I wish the service department was as easy as buying a car from them.

    Scheduled appointment in advanced to get my recalled door repaired. I live about 45 minutes from the dealer and had to rearrange my kids and my work schedule. Left car overnight so they would have it right away. They had my car all day and don't have part, it's backordered and they don't know when it will be available. Was told there was 3 parts that could be the potential issue and I understand they need to diagnose which one is the issue but also feel like this could have been predicted, and expectations coulld have been managed better. I've been dealing with the door not latching for over a year.

    I apologize for the mix up. Unfortunately with these recalls, we have to make sure we know which part has failed so we can order the correct part, Kia does not let us order parts in advance. We try to stock as many parts as possible, but due to our size, we cannot have all parts on hand. We will do our best to get the part installed and your vehicle back to you as quickly as possible, once the part arrives. We will notify you immediately when the part arrives.

    Dont get me wrong our experience buying our car with Johnathan was great! However we have not enjoyed the service end at all. It's hard to share an experience when you can't get in to have your oil changed. Worst of all if we don't go there they say our warranty is void (certified used vehicle)? What? Why can't I at least have it changed somewhere else as long as there is a record of service? My wife has driven there 4 times to try to get the oil changed and it's always been a 2 or 3 hour wait. We live about 30 minutes from the dealership and understand the no appointment oil change idea. If you can't manage to fit people in something has to change such as maybe registering online to get a spot. Not everyone has the ability to wait 2 or 3 hrs for 30 minute service.

As far as the oil change not being done elsewhere, I am not sure where that came from, but as long as the oil is changed, and you keep records, it can be done elsewhere.     I had Russ Darrow Kia's body shop fix a couple of paint scratches on a vehicle that I recently purchased. This was set up through another Russ Darrow dealership in an effort to minimize my drive time. Jamie at Russ Darrow Kia really took care of me and my vehicle. He explained what would need to be done and kept me informed throughout the time they had me truck. Their customer service and work were outstanding. I'm very happy with my experience with them and my vehicle has never looked better!!

    I took my Mazda CX-5 into the body shop for some minor damage to my bumper after backing it into a snow bank. I was only expecting to receive an estimate but Jaime (the manager) was able to fix it that very day and did so free of charge!     I took my car for service this Friday and they didint do what I asked them to do. They didint even put the water cooler in the car or do the oil change. And when I started to use my car Saturday morning it wasn’t turning at all totally dead , Sunday was the same and I brought it Monday and they are charging me to have it check again always have a bad service Under my dads name for a Kia Sorento

    I happily return to Madison East Russ Darrow for oil changes so I figured the West Side would offer the same exceptional service. Honestly, my first appointment didn’t go as I anticipated but after speaking to sales manager Ryan and making an appointment with him, my second appointment with him and Michael was excellent. They were able to resolve all of the issues from the previous visit and get my in the crossover I wanted. They did a truly wonderful job and it’s clear they listened to what I was saying instead of just trying to sell me a car.

    I am So happy I decided to go back to the dealership for all my services. I was feeling ripped off at the quick oil change places, because of all the up selling. I don't drive a racecar and do not need the top of the line oil. An oil change shouldn't be close to or around $100.00. My Service representative Ben was by far so nice and friendly and not once did he talk down to me. He went above and beyond and he easily could have made a lot more money, because I was prepared for the worst. Not only did he help me with the best solutions for the three reasons I made the appointment, he reminded me of the few minor recalls I was notified about. I was going to ask, but I completely forgot and he explained them and advised me to wait until my next oil change and that it will be free. I left so Happy and Thankful!     My daughter bought a brand new car at Russ Darrow last April. They do not care about customer service after the sale. The car started having engine issues. It took them 6 weeks to diagnose and fix it!. She was told she had to rent a car and pay for it. Kia may reimburse part of the rental fee.... She needed a car to get to work so I was without a car for 3 weeks! Who got to pay our car payments? That's right we did. After 3 weeks Leah told us she had a loaner vehicle we could use. The excuse was we are short staffed. When I got the loaner vehicle 4 techs were standing around laughing and swearing by 2 cars with the hood up. Maybe if they worked on cars....

    I was told that it would take 30 minutes to get my new key fob/key. I was then told my VIN number was wrong and that my current key fob was incorrect for the car. After over an hour I was told that the key fob that they ordered was not working and that they had the wrong type of fob for the car. I then just purchased an extra key. Staff was polite but seemed like the dealership doesn’t know their products well.

    All other service centers are pretenders to the car repair throne. I have been working with the folks at the kia service on road for 7 yrs and everyone from service managers, mechanics and bill processors has treated me like a person and they genuinely care about the customer as well as doing top repairs. The great part is it does not have to be a kia you own they know there way around cars.

Only recommend that they explain "service fee" and provide 146 point inspection proof for certified used cars... Also they were deceiving... the Kia we bought didn't come with a spare tire or new front brakes (as originally promised).
