I have been w/ Stark Federal for over 12 years & didn't have the best credit when joining, but they are always helpful & give the best rates for loans! I have financed my last 3 vehicles through them & will continue to do so, and plan to use them to build my next home!!

Very disappointed with Branch Manager acted like I had some illness because my credit Isn’t the best. Im actually rebuilding it and its not horrible! Been a Savings account customer for years. They act like they hate to work no manners whatsoever! Don't work with people if you don't like people thanks!

Not sure as to how to leave a half a star but customer service has went completely downhill in the past year I've been a member . Deposits are showing late with ach and money is virtually left in limbo until ACH decides to acknowledge receipt of payment. Waiting an extra two days to recover a deposit is unacceptable and a complete hard ship . Tried to repair my credit through online services and was successful when I applied for a small credit building loan I was denied with out even receiving a phone call or any acknowledgement of loan denial. Gained success and credit building tools through online services as stark federal was not even the slightest bit interested in helping me. Savings account is ok for now but I'm definitely looking into online banking or a bank that is more punctual and one that does not procrastinate with customers a bank I can call and receive meaningful information regarding my account.

SFCU has always been incredible for the 15 years I've been with them. Always very helpful, always willing to work with you.
