The lady who claimed to be the owner was beyond rude when checking my jewelry. She also had a very hard time seeing. She could not find the stamp on either of the 3 pieces of jewelry I brought in and on one of them it was very easy and noticable to find also larger print than normal and write it off as being fake because she couldn't see the stamps and refused to test the metal even after I pointed out the stamps although she did decide to buy one of the items I believe I was definitely low balled/ripped off it was gold an cost over 400$ in perfect condition and she gave me 40$ and after I looked into it and the weight when I got back to my car she could easily sell the item for scrap gold at about 70-90$. Over all just a bad experience. Should have known when I walked in it was rough looking to say the least. Dark atmosphere, not very well organized, out dated,. Sorry to say I will not be visiting again in the future.

This place is horrible. I called in and ask for bits to a drill and this guy was rude. I literally pulled up and left after he was so disrespectful to me on the phone. Don't ever deal with them terribly customer service. The conversation is recorded I'm be gladly to post that.

The most rude people I’ve ever met that actually work retail. Won’t consider even the slightest notion of business with this business and all associated with it. This is the first negative review I have ever left on google and I had to make sure I said something, this place and employees are truly this disgusting.

When I was in a jam they lent me the $ I needed. And rates to retrieve are reasonable.

Rude and will curse you out for their mistake. Will sell you stolen merchandise then make the law your problem

Rude and very unprofessional, especially the woman working there (the men were nice until she came out and clearly lied and made up reasons why they couldn't buy from me). I've also heard similar stores from friends about her doing the same thing. Will never buy or sell there again. She must of been done very wrong in life to be that rude and full of it. Wish I could say how I really feel about her if possible, but she noses right in to your conversation with other employees. She clearly doesn't know a thing about anything but god forbid you can tell her anything. Its been almost two weeks since I was there and still feel some type of way about how she treated. It was as if I was me some bum off the streets. And to lie and say that some one called their pawn shop and said something had called about me when I haven't even pawned anything in several years. And the funny thing is she said the exact same line to my buddy for a whole different item weeks before I was there. I apologize for the rant, but that woman is one of the rudest, most judgement people I have ever met. I will never bother with this place again.

Went here today to sell a broken 14k gold necklace an they gave me top dollar 125$ for a 7.5 gram necklace that’s top dollar ! They were very nice and polite in store and had lots of kool stuff to look at ! Highly suggest this place over anywhere else !!! I will definitely be back! Thanks Morris Pawn have a great day!

I stopped in on a Wednesday around noon. A woman was standing in the door, and before I said anything, she said, "No! We're having a meeting right now." I said, "so you're not currently open?" And she replied, "WE'RE. HAVING. A. MEETING. Companies do that sometimes." Then, as I walked away, she told me don't come back. For the record, the open sign was on and it was the middle of the afternoon, and I was wearing slacks, a button down and dress shoes. I have no idea why she was so hostile toward me, but I fully intend on listening and never spending a dime at this place with breathtakingly bad customer service. As an addendum, the owner's reply below is a lie, and I'm clearly not the first person they've done this to if you read other reviews. I left immediately and with no resistance. Still, she treated me with disrespect and hostility. The ownership of this establishment appears to be a bit detached from reality. Fortunately, given the sorry state of the store and even sorrier state of the merchandise, there's no point in visiting this place anyway.

I was referred by a friend to call about a steel guitar that was for sale. I talked to a lady about it. Instantly she got an attitude and told me that she was going to get the guitar fixed before it was for sale.... I was trying to tell her that I would be interested in it after she got it fixed if that's how she wanted to sell it and that I would be interested in knowing the details after the fact... During the time I was trying to communicate that she hung up on me I called back a couple times being nice and she then told me that I was being nasty which I wasn't I was just trying to be a normal customer inquiring about an item and she threatened to call the police on me and report me for no reason in my opinion I would be cautious of doing any business dealings with this company if they are going to be this way.....and the reply below is BS! If an inquiry is harassment in her eyes she needs to close the business! She flew off the handle after I told her what I was calling about an interested in I tried to explain to her my interest and that she told me that they were going to get it fixed I was trying to tell her that I would be interested once it got fixed and that I was going to leave my name and number with her and that she could get back to me but all she wanted to do was hang up on me I called back just to try and talk to someone else that did not act like they were off their medication and she answered the phone again yelling and screaming buyer beware do not do any business with these people.... I guess I am supposed to say in my opinion but this is the God's honest truth.

I went in to look at guitars. The salesman pulled one down off the shelf with a price tag on it. I decided to buy it I had my money out at the sales desk one of the employees did not recognize the manufacturers name on the guitar. They said they did not know the value and couldn't sell it to me until I talked the owner the following week. I went to the store the owner was very rude and dismissive to me and talked to her employee even worse and would not sell the guitar. Why was it on shelf with a price tag and why are employees showing it . The value should have been determined before it was put out with a price tag.

I have been dealing with Morris Pawn for over 6 years & never once have had a bad experience! The fine folks that work there have always treated me fair, with respect & honestly. They have worked with me on my payments, by making suggestions on how to get my loan amount down, so I can get my things back, rather than lose it to forfeiture. It's comforting to walk in to a place & be treated like a human being & not some down-on-their luck person to take advantage of. I will never deal with any other Pawn Shop.

They wouldn't take my power tools because the power cord was frayed and the ground lug was gone and all the safety guards were missing. They just check things to thoroughly. How's a guy supposed to get a drink and a pack of cigs.
