Only wanted to give me $20 for something brand new and still in the box

I'm not actually a customer but I was driving through the pick up window for my disabled wife who can't walk into the building so she could pay what she owed and after I rang the bell the woman came up to the window and rolled her eyes at me and opened her eyes really big and spoke very sarcastic towards me. I don't appreciate being treated like that and I will make sure others hear about that little incident. If you're an employee at a place of business you don't treat customers like that even if you've had a bad day because you don't know what the customer is going through. Don't take out your problems on the customers. Please have an employee meeting. Thank you

Consistently rude every time I went in there. It didn't matter how many times I smiled or attempted to be friendly, they were rude. If you hate your job, do everyone a favor and find a new one.

Cashland has only ripped me off, broken my items i've pawned, and accepts terrible quality goods and offers dirt money for them. Mean staff and unfair to me everytime. Very disappointing, such a letdown

I walked toward the door and the lady that works there yelled at me for parking to close to her car. I parked in the Handicapped parking spot and she had double parked. Then I had my service dog with me and she had a flippin cow. Telling me I could not be in there. Then my son asked for a loan. He is new and young to this kind of stuff. I was assisting him and she was getting upset at me. Told me she can't take anyone after 6:30pm which is a lie plus she wasted time arguing with me about my service dog. This was April 2017. It doesn't look like much has changed!

Cash land on Mahoning Rd is absolutely the best pawn shop you will find anywhere. I am a long time customer and they will help you in any way the can. Matt is one of the best but every team member will help you out and they are always so kind and polite!! I love cashland, it’s the only place I use.

Super nice staff who gives you top dollar on your jewelry/electronics.

They are very RUDE. If you buy something with debit card be ready to wait a week for your money if you return the junk they sell you they do not explain that it takes up to 5 days to get your money.... and they treat you like dirt if you return the junk they sell.

Its cool here they do have options different things available... Good prices and deals...
