We had a GREAT experience with Star Hyundai and Chris Ramos. We had been looking for a specific Hyundai throughout the entire metroplex for months and were unable to find one...especially one without the dealer markup. I called Chris and he took care of us right away....let us know when the car would be in Abilene, made sure we were ready for the application, and took care of us through every step. Highly recommend doing business with the Star team and Chris Ramos!

Horrible dealership experience. Due to Covid (I assume anyways- I wouldn't know since no one talked to me), there's only about 8 or so cars on the lot. Which I completely understand. What I don't understand is how you can completely ignore your customer and act like they don't exist. My fiancee and I arrived to look for a particular Hyundai. I found another. There was one salesmen helping a mother/daughter. We got out of the car and began looking. He stayed with them about 10-20 feet away from us. Made eye contact but didn't acknowledge. Okay. I don't need help. I'm self-sufficient. We spent 15-20 minutes looking around at the 8 cars. I wasn't going to go track down someone. I already wasn't sure about looking at this brand anyways. There was only the 4 of us (2 sets of pairs) in the entire lot, including inside. We decided to leave. As we are trying to leave, a guy comes from the inside and tries to wave us down. No, Thank you. The current lot salesmen couldn't even provide an acknowledgement, just blankly stare and not say anything to anyone. Horrible customer service. I didnt need anything important but I did have a few questions. As someone who works in retail management, basic customer service and multi-tasking goes a long way. However, this shows it wasn't worth my time.

We just bought a 2022 Palisade, and our experience from start to finish was SUPERIOR. Many people have said on previous reviews how they didn’t feel any pressure to buy, and we are echoing that same sentiment. We worked with Kori Gallimore, and had such a pleasant and easy experience. She was very knowledgeable about the car, and let us test drive a pre-owned Palisade before the actual model we wanted arrived at the dealership. Kori kept me updated, even on her day off, to let me know when the car would be ready. Then, when my husband and I went to purchase the car on a Thursday night after work, it was already 6pm (Star Hyundai closes at 7pm), and another couple was already being helped. Kori operated like Superwoman and helped both us and the other couple simultaneously, not to mention that she stayed at the dealership with us until 9pm when we finally finished with all the paperwork and financing. Wow! Very dedicated, patient, and kind staff. We would highly recommend Star Hyundai!

This review is a few months after I purchased my car here, and we are still very happy with it. My wife and I were in the market for a telluride and the Kia dealership down the road was charging $8000 markups on theirs, even used. We found one here nearly identical to it with 10k less miles, no markup, no need for haggling, etc. Tony got us squared away quickly, and everyone was very pleasant to deal with.

I had a great experience with Star Hyundai. While they didn’t have the vehicle I was looking for on the lot, I was able to reserve one coming in. My salesperson Kori was fantastic and answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had while waiting for my vehicle to come in. I had a unique situation when it came to trading in my current car and purchasing the new one. Dan, the sales manager, made sure I had all of those questions answered and everything sorted out prior to that time. I dealt with Blake when it came to trading in my car, and I felt he offered me a fair price for it. I was definitely satisfied with my experience at this dealership and would recommend it to other people.

Stevan was atuned to our needs and our wants. He didnt force us into going above our budget, he took the time to show and explain details of our car. His boss wasnt pushy and took the time to educate our young adult on his 1st new car buying experience. You just dont find quality customer care like that anymore.

Kori was very helpful and responsive throughout the car buying process. We did the majority of the sale online or through text which was very convenient for us. Everything we needed to finish up the sale was ready to go when we arrived to the dealership. The whole thing was way easier than expected.
