Mason Anders went above and beyond to help with my vehicle purchase. He will do everything he can to ensure that you have the best experience possible. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. Very knowledgeable, approachable, and experienced. And once you get to finance, Lynda Bowers was very fast and effective with the most challenging part of car buying. She was fully prepared by the time I arrived in her office, she was incredibly professional and I would recommend working with her any time you are going to finance a vehicle. 5 stars is not enough for this staff. 10 out of 10. Buy from this amazing staff!

Mason Anders was a huge help when it came to ordering me a new mustang. He helped me personalize my vehicle and had no problems explaining all the cars features in depth without even looking at the car. Whether your business is at Loan Arranger or any of the locations in Abilene, Mason is your guy!

Sales people up here will tell a customer anything just to get their money even though they know that the vehicle won't be ready when they tell them it will be ready. They could have just as easily said it would be ready by Monday and they still would have gotten our money just be honest with us in the first place.

If I could loan arranger less then one star I would because one star is too generous for this company. My wife and I bought a vehicle here, it immediately was having transmission issues. Wow, seems to be a very common trend with these guys if you read some of the other reviews, coincidence? We are told not to worry, they offer an in house warranty and they will take care of everything, awesome right? Well, they send the vehicle to arrow Ford for service, arrow Ford takes our vehicle, 8 different times for a total of over a month! Rentals covered? No, that’s out of pocket. Any repair arrow Ford did to try and fix the problem with the transmission covered? You would assume so right? Well no it isn’t covered, I’m told I’m responsible for the work done and even told if I want to keep my vehicle I have to pay them for the repairs that weren’t even repairs since the problem was never fixed. Why did we have to pay them 1200$ to “flush and clean the radiator” when the vehicle was taken in for transmission issues? Any repair done or attempted to fix a warrantied problem should never cost the customer a penny. Finally our transmission completely goes out, will loan arranger honor the warranty they claim to offer? Absolutely not, to the point where we are now having to seek legal action against them, all the while they want to repossess the vehicle after I told them I’m not paying the payments until they honor the warranty and fix the vehicle. You would think a reputable company would honor their warranty, fix the problem, and do right by their customer, but this is not that type of company. This vehicle has been to the shop for “warranty work” 8 times, for a total of 29 days, and the problem was never fixed and I’ve spent over $3000 dollars for their repairs that didn’t repair anything. This place is a joke, they should be ashamed of themselves.

If I could give Mason Anders 10 stars on this review, I most certainly would do exactly that. I’ve bought many cars in my lifetime, but never have I ever been treated with such respect, decency, integrity, and professionalism as I was by Mason. Not only was he respectful toward me as a potential buyer, but he was absolutely the most knowledgeable sales rep that I have ever dealt with. Period! He was very patient with me in my quest to find the right car. He walked me through the whole process and I felt really good about my decision to buy from him. So, should you be in need of a vehicle, I suggest asking for Mason to help you. Believe me, you’ll really be glad you did. By the way, I love the car I bought. It fits.

My family purchased a vehicle from Ford Arranger 3 weeks ago I have yet to drive that vehicle. The day after we purchased and put 5k down the car wouldn't go out of park and break lights didn't work. We contacted Ford arranger they towed the car it's now sitting at Hyundai to be looked at. Ford Arranger has told us that they are fixing it but when we called Hyundai they said they know nothing of the vehicle except that Ford dropped it off. The mechanic hasn't even looked at it yet but Ford Arranger tells us different things that are wrong with our car. The mechanic at Hyundai said it will be months before he even gets to it. Me and my husband both work full-time jobs and have 3 children we are now out car and 5k. We are so upset and stressed out about all this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FORD ARRANGER. They lie to you, Will not answer when you call or return phone calls. They will sell you a lemon.

Mason Anders was so kind and knowledgeable! Answered all my questions and treated me so well! Definitely would recommend giving him a call if you are looking for the vehicle YOU want!!

I saw Masons Post on Facebook and I narrowed it down the 3 cars. He answered all my questions and was able to get the car I wanted the day I went in. Got to test drive it and all that fun stuff. I haven’t bought a car since 2015 and this experience was way better and not time consuming!

Had a great experience yesterday with these guys Mason Anders was amazing! He was very professional, great customer service skills, and really knew his stuff! He was able to get me into a vehicle I really love, on great terms, with what I had available to put down. I visited other car lots where they told me that I would not find what I was looking for for the amount of money I had down but Mason was able to do what they said couldn't be done so I am a very happy customer!

Quite possibly the worst dealership ever, locked my account online so I can't make my payment due yesterday the 24th then call today the 25th demanding payment by the end of day or else the car will be picked up keep in mind that the note is not passed due and just paid Friday 22th 720 to catch up the past due which was only One month, not a lot of people just have 1400 dollars lying around giving with everything going on right now, with everything else being expensive, this dealership does not care about their customers of their families would give negative stars if I could, guess my kids will go without eating
