STAR Financial Credit Union Holly Rd, Corpus Christi

I looked on thanksgiving nite to see when Star would be open and it showed 7:30am Black Friday. I went to the CU at 7:30am and it wasn’t open I needed cash to do shopping and went back by at 8:30 not open. Info should have been updated correctly. My password at ATM was also not accepted. No cash, no shopping.

Star Financial Credit Union is a lifesaver! After being denied at multiple banks to refinance my loan, Star FCU approved me! The process was fast and easy! I appreciate all that this company is doing for me! They make me feel right at home! Definitely a bank I would recommend!

Love the fact that the atm is down the street from me. And it’s long nail friendly. Which means I can have long nails and successfully pull my card out! Not every bank is like this! Will come back again and again

Horrible service! Managers and tellers give you the run around when an issue arises. No respect for their clients. I was promised a phone call back for two days and still have not had a response. I have been a member for 12 years, and this is how I am repaid for my loyalty? Don't bother opening any new accounts with this bank.

HORRIBLE STAFF!!!!!!!!!! I did a withdrawal with a lady named Ashley at the holly location and she gave me back all large bills … I asked her if she could exchange them and she had a horrible attitude and told me next time to write the denominations on the back of the slip! The manager at this location doesn’t know what she’s doing ! I complained about her and she said she would talk to the teller and they went into the office and started laughing . Will definitely be going to the board !!!!! And when I asked to close my account the manager said “OK” in the most happiest tone!

We told one girl to give us a check and she didn’t send the message to the other girl and she gave us cash instead of check and it was a big withdrawal. Then after 30 minutes of them trying to fix their mistake they claimed the check machine was broken and essentially wasted our time. How are you a bank and the check machine broke. I assume she was just to lazy to fix her mistake because the 1st girl told us she’d get us a check no problem. I wouldn’t recommend going here.Now I have to go all the way to San Antonio to put the money in my account

Well the only reason I'm writing this is because of the total disrespect of the USA 🇺🇸. I've called multiple times and get no answer. If pictures could be posted here I would show you exactly what the condition of it is. Fix this problem or take down your flag post.

Grateful to the staff for always being so kind and helpful, especially when unexpected life changes happen and funds are needed. Thank you for going out of your way to see that all of our questions are answered and needs taken care of to the best of Your abilities. Thank you for all you do.
