I had the pleasure of working with Penn Johnson for the few months leading up to the time we bought our first home. I was referred by my Realtor to Penn back in 2018 ( a year before we really started looking to buy ) and had an initial ~1 hour convo with him & my then fiance (now husband). Knowing we were not buying anytime soon, he didn't have to spend all the time he did on the phone with us -- but he did that & more. After, he sent us an Excel book with sample #s and formulas for home-buying, to give us an initial, rough estimate on what goes into it financially. That year off of the doc, we planned - then late 2019; executed. The whole time Penn was there for whatever was needed. I had no clue what went into the home-buying process (actually.....what went into it, not just the interest rate and taxes!) - I am SO thankful for him & the team there (s/o to Claire H. for always helping us out as well!!) - I am 99.9% sure I would not have survived without them + the rest of the team along side to help.
