TD Bank Summer St, Stamford

Will Plunket and Monique Blackwell went far and beyond to help me with my personal banking and paperwork. They are both professional but also very personable. I actually enjoyed sitting there and speaking with them. Best customer service in all of Fairfield county. Don’t look anywhere else.

I am a frequent customer of TD bank. I go in often to make deposits. I am always greeted very nicely.I recently had an issue on my account where I had to sit down and resolve the issue with the manager Andrew. He sat down with me to resolve the matter and the process was very smooth and easy thanks to him.

Been a TD Bank customer for over 10 years but everything changed when I stepped into this branch! Kevin and Hugo treated me like family very good customer service. but The manager Has to go !!!! Very rude and questionable treating me as if I was a thief! On that day I close my account I took my business elsewhere.

I drove my handicapped mother to withdrawal money from her account because she gets disability checks every 1st of the month and as I am waiting in the car the manager Andrew comes knocking on my car door telling me I had to leave and I told him I was waiting for someone so he walks away, then minutes later the cops were called on me for supposedly loitering but I was waiting the whole time for my mother which is disabled and has a walker. Worst bank I've ever been to and I never really pulled the race card but at this situation that occurred I can say this was an act of racial profiling.

I am not sure that acquiring new customers is their priority. If you go there to OPEN A JOINT ACCOUNT and it's 20 minutes for their close time, you will be turned away "because we're about to close and takes too long to do it". I mean, really?!

Excellent services, had someone greet me as I entered the branch and made me feel welcome using my name. I had come in inquiring about a business account and I had some issues on what I needed to open it but the customer service (I think he is the store manager - sits by the window closest to the parking lot) helped me and explained to me everything there is to know about the types of business accounts, and offered me a checklist to take home of what I needed to bring if I considered opening it in the future. Very polite and not pushy at all. I appreciated the dedication, focus and time spent helping me with that. Definitely will be coming back to open my business account with him.

Sai Gowda is the best banker I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.

Always very courteous, helpful and happy. Kevin and Hugo have gone out of there way To help me with any questions or any services I needed. Kevin has even stayed past his working hours to help me with questions I Needed answers for. Never once did he try To rush me out of the bank. Both Kevin and Hugo have gone out of their way to say hello to all that walk through the door. Thank you for making so many people feel at home!

Manager Andrew is very harsh on people ,tried to open an account and he continued to harass an question every aspect of my life even ask me how much money do I have in my pockets at that moment I decided to go somewhere else to open account. Would not recommend this TD Bank to my worst enemy.

TD is using Covid19 to lower their costs at the expense of their customers. While most businesses have opened and are working as hard and long as they can, TD has cut their hours so that it is impossible for their customers to come in/use drive through. They truly now have bankers' hours which don't work in today's society. After 20 years I am now looking into another bank.
