i worked with Sammy Sapek from Warshaw and words can't describe how smooth he made the process. My particular property had a lot of hurdles but Sammy was on top of it and always kept me updated. In this market, I don't think i would have been able to obtain my property if I had worked with anyone else, truly went above and beyond to make sure I got my place, especially at such a great rate! This is a great company to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to obtain a mortgage.

Among the five lenders I was talking to, Warshaw Capital offered me the lowest rate even though the rate had already gone up.
