I had an amazing experience working with both Alexea and Clarisa at the Westboro branch today. The two of them were so dedicated to helping me get a check cleared and did everything they could to help me meet a deadline. St. Marys you are lucky to have them and they always have the customers best interests in mind. Keep up the great work. You have a very satisfied customer.

I will start by saying Karen Beaupre was extremely pleasant very helpful and made me feel very at ease during my loan application process which took only about 20 minutes and done Karen was extremely professional and st Mary’s credit union should be proud to have her as a service manager and a representative at the Westboro branch Karen is a very professional and valuable employee

Clarissa was great handling our car loan and was very helpful answering our questions and explaining the process.

As a professional person of diversity I was looking for an organization with the mindset that understands and values the business of people of diversity. It is with pleasure that I write this review highly recommending St. Mary's Credit Union branch in Westborough and their Financial Center Manager, Mrs. Malikkah Gamble. Mrs. Gamble was very precised, clear expectations set, excellent and prompt communication, unbelievable customer support. Truly and amazing process with on time email updates which was heavenly given that I work far away from the St. Mary's Westborough. The Branch itself is a very customer friendly facility, very modern and soothing environment and with great technological and customer friendly features. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

I love this bank especially Clarissa. Every time I go into the bank I’m treated so well and it’s a lovely thing to go where people actually remember you and appreciate your business.

I have an auto loan with st Mary’s. I lost both my jobs due to Corona. So I applied for unemployment and a deferment which I sent twice to st Mary’ to ensure they received it. They still hit my credit up as if I was late with my payment during covid!!! I called to check In and a rep named Dawn answered. I told her wanted to make a payment and check in on my deferment application. She was so condescending and rude for no apparent reason. I was simply trying to ensure my account was up to date. She told me they never received my deferment application. I have email proof it was sent on multiple occasions. Dawn really made me feel horrible as if I was trying lie. I had to wait 8 wks for unemployment to come in. It caused my delay totally! Instead of supporting me during the pandemic they made me feel like Horrible and hit my credit up which I have worked so hard to rebuild. If you are going to get a car loan think twice before choosing St Mary’s Credit Union. There customer service is horrible. There are multiple people managing your account and no internal communication between them. Tara Adams
