John is the epitome of what you look for in a loan officer! I couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer! John was extremely thorough, and explained everything in great detail. John was super patient and could easily break things down for me so I was able to understand everything. John was always ready for whatever questions I had (there were many!) he was always so quick to respond to emails or phone calls. The home buying process was quite the journey for me, but John and the rest of my team made it a breeze!
