I applied for a mortgage refinance. I was told once I sign for commitment letter the rates automatically gets locked. Well that did not happen. Today I received an email saying I need to lock the rate by sending an email. I called the person at 2.03 pm and he confirmed today’s rate for me was 2.125 %. I sent the email right away and get a call at 4.15pm that rates have gone up to 2.25%. I asked when did the rates change she said 9 am today so I said why was I quoted 2.125 at 2.03 pm. She hung up on me. Guys be careful. They are playing games. Now they want me to pay a good amount of cash to get the 2.125 rate. Just unreliable people to deal with. Be careful

I've been a member with DCU for years but always would go to the Marlborough HQ branch (I still do) mainly because everyone there knows me as a regular. But ever since I've started working in Westborough, since DCU is conveniently just a block away, I usually visit here on my way home. I came here on a recent Saturday and I sat down with Akanksha, I believe her name was. She was extremely professional and assisted me with all my questions regarding the reason I was there. I ended up leaving a satisfied customer as usual, and I really appreciate the team the westborough DCU has. From the Tellers, to the Customer Service Reps, you can guarentee they will always try to help you. I wish I knew all the tellers names, but everytime I go up to them, for example, Roberto a great teller, he always gets me in and out, and basically knows the way I do my transactions. Superb staff, and superb credit union.

Mixed review... they were great a few years back but my recent engagement have been dis-satisfactory. The person i spoke to was so blunt that I was for a second taken aback. I waited 20 minutes to see her. I was there 40 minutes before closing. needless to say by the time I was there the body language and interaction was unwelcoming. I prefered to pay more a month than try to work with with her and refi. walked out in 10 minutes. Since then have been working over the phone with the folks at DCU.... I guess who needs a brick and mortar branch in this day and age.

The most miserable and unfriendly staff I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with was there for over 15min just to pay towards my auto loan. Yikes guys

Sreelakshmi was very helpful and took the time needed to complete my work at the bank. She is very organized and I am impressed by the staff at this bank. Also want to give special thanks to Cathie who has been very encouraging and helpful.

I was put on hold by customer service representative Elizabeth for 20 minutes just to answer a question about payment. The representative Elizabeth was very rude, she was answering my question very arrogantly. I am closing my account with DCU. Never got such kind of rude behavior before from any CSR. Customer service is horrible. They keep you on hold for 10-15 minutes then will direct you to another number, then again on hold for another 10-15 minutes. There are no direct numbers to call for different purposes. Phone options that ask you to press certain number for certain purpose are also limited and does not cover all the options. They were very good at customer service before but over the course of time became horrible. I am closing my account with DCU.

I have been a customer for almost 30 years (since I first worked for DEC and they had a branch in almost every building). They have always been an exceptional Credit Union with great, friendly employees. I don't think I have ever had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to talk to someone, even when I didn't set up an appointment in advance. Last time I was there doing some normal banking errands, I just happen to remember I was having issues with a car loan that we got thru a different CR. I asked how hard it was to refinance with Digital. 10 minutes later I was refinanced with them. They called the other CR, took care of all the paperwork, it was almost too simple. I even saved money on my monthly payment. (the other place wanted to charge me $15.00 a month just to make my payment online, in addition to the astronomically high interest rate they were already charging me).

Angelika Varalanyan is extremely helpful and has great customer service skills. She solved my issues quickly and was extemely professional. I also thank the bank for having an employee like her.

I don’t not recommend Anyone to go to this branch. they will find excuses to give you alone even you have a good credit. Stuffs unprofessional. they say they will call you but never call you back.
