Was in drive thru today and had a little laugh with Kristine. She is always there waiting with a warm welcome. Thank you for the laugh in which was needed and thank you for your patience. I know how some banks make you feel like your just a # or they make you feel like they are too high strung for your petty $ and snooty but at St. Mary's Credit Union You feel more like family. Not such great service. ATM deposits have not been available for weeks & cashier at drive thru surly when questioned about it. Brand new facility but I wont waste my time there again.

Brittany from customer service center is by far the rudest most ignorant person I have talked too. Usually they are supposed to help there customers and she insulted me and called me names? If I were anyone trying to get a account I would go to DCU.
