This is my second loan experience with Main Street Bank. Both loans were processed in a professional and expeditious manner. Main Street’s ability to electronically send and receive encrypted documents in a secure and safe manner enabled me to easily provide them with whatever information they required. The Staff is friendly, professional and clearly explains what documents are required and why. I highly recommend them to service whatever banking needs you may require.

There are not enough words to describe how much I love this bank. The people at the Main Office are nothing short of amazing. They are always there and willing to help whenever I need it. Today, Wilda and Christianna took the time to help me sign up for both online and mobile banking. They were both so patient and helpful. The wonderful customer service given by all of the staff members at the main office cannot be beat. I definitely recommend banking at Main Street Bank!

I have used Main Street Bank for the non-profit I manage for six years. The organization has been with the bank since our beginning back in '82. One of the best local banks I have used. Inna Voloshina is the most professional and responsive bankers with whom I have done business. She made us feel like her only customer, helping us navigate any challenges we've faced. She's the best, and I would strongly suggest working with her on all of your banking needs. Sadly, we relocated out of state and had to end our relationship with Inna, but none of the chain banks can compare to the service and partnership we've had with Inna!!
