TD Bank E Main St, Marlborough

I opened my account in Hudson, I have been coming to the Marlborough branch now for several months since the Hudson branch closed. Sadly I will be closing my account with TD bank due to the slow service here. Unfortunately it’s just not acceptable to be sitting at a drive up with no line for 20+ minutes. Normally I can be open minded about this but it has been the case during several visits now.

The staff is much better in this bank now than they used to be. I think management cleaned out the people that didnt want to be there in the first place.

When will the manager put in a service ticket to have their malfunctioning drop deposit box repaired? The Hudson TD Bank closed recently, presenting them a rare opportunity to procure replacement parts at less cost from the drop deposit box that functioned properly at the closed location.

Just waited 30 minutes in line to be told to hold on longer...in all it took 43 minutes to make one withdrawal and there were only 2 cars in front of me the entire time...this branch has seen its customer service drop drastically and I’m considering closing my accounts... I ask that the GM review the staff who were working today 12/23 from 1115am-12pm and ensure they are giving some sort of coaching or training because it’s actually embarrassing to have staff that are not competent in any facet of their job...

I could never imagine how much trouble can people who do not know their jobs cause in my life, until I stepped into this branch. The phone customer service is also so horrible that leaves me no way to get the mess fixed. I really wish I had never entered that door!

I've had my personal account with TD Bank for a few years now, and have always been to the Marlborough branch. All the stuff that works there are cordial and pleasant. Only recently, I have decided to open my business account with them with the help of Kevin Yeretzian. The overall experience was pleasant and very fast. Overall, I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this branch. Finally, greatness comes through a good service and the way they treat their customers there is fantastic!

My sister opened an account here and they treated her so warmly. In fact, she loved it so much that that I decided to open an account and guess what!? I love it too! I had bad credit in the past and other banks turned me away, but they were like, "no problem!" So I am very glad to highly recommend this bank.

During Covid 19 they really need to limit how many transactions they allow per car! If people only want the ATM they have to sit in an extremely long line while people are making more than one transaction. I know banks who are allowing one transaction per car so they aren't holding up the drive thru line forever!

This branch was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any to banknorth! Unreceptive teller (no name tag or sign...& I can see why) & even when FINALLY helped, no eye contact & no pleasantries. Not even a reasonably pleasant demeanor. Lousy.

3 attempts in one day to get through drive up window. Waited approx 15 minutes each time with 6 or 7 cars ahead of me each attempt that did not move. Only one teller at drive up window. Ridiculous.
