I have an account with this location credit union where I have on several occasions tried resolving the issue with receiving my debit card I have not had in months. They can’t get it right with my mailing address. I have a po box and a physical address where I use one. I lost my debit card months ago and requested a new one, when they sent one they said it was forward back to the sender when all their other mail I receive?!?! I don’t know why that would happen??!? I been going back and forth with them till it’s to the point where I will just close my account all for once. They also make it extremely hard for minorities to be approved for small $300-$600 dollar loans, you can’t even refinance your vehicle they try and guide you to purchasing a vehicle from enterprise carsales or bommerito…the underwriting department declines everyone no matter of your credit history. They are not up to date on technology having no zelle or touch-less purchase I feel is necessary during these times. They only have checking available to minorities as it will be extremely hard to get a loan even with good credit or refinance your vehicle. Their only two atms are never working properly. I’ve gotten tired of banks and credit union working against the people in the community. I would give St. Louis Credit Union on Graham Rd no stars.

This location is absolutely horrible, you will never wait less than 30 mins for any transaction, they always say they're understaffed but this has been the case for the last 2 years at least...also their 2 ATMs are literally never working, the are either down or under repair at all times causing me to constantly pay fees for withdrawals. Will be leaving and going to another bank ASAP.

Poor effort rude employees. Training training not knowledgeable about banking nor customer service. I have dealt with credit unions which is the best for rates. Yet this credit union is not in community to serve. Totally miscalculated my interest rate. Could not fix it correctly and stated so. Then sent my funds to the wrong account and was told. The person did not examine properly where the funds goes. She just placed it in an account. Unbelievable

I wish I could give this place the zero stars that they deserve. I called on Friday to inform them that I was receiving charges from Apple on my debit card although I had changed my card on file to a Visa and had a confirmation email from Apple confirming this. I informed them that I had called Apple several times and they were refusing to do anything and said I had to call my financial institution. The customer service rep advised me to go into my local branch to file a dispute. I came into my local branch on a Saturday and Billie one of the member service reps “helped me”. EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve been into the branch and she’s helped me she seems to have an attitude and she is EXTREMELY rude! Even with my documentation, they weren’t trying to refund me the two courtesy pay fees I incurred as a result of Apple charging me TWICE on this card even though my Visa is still on file. She kept saying that’s something I have to take that up with Apple. The whole point of filing a dispute is that when you contact the merchant, they either refuse to do anything or claim they can’t and your financial institution is supposed to have your back! Then on top of that Billie says generally when you file a dispute the card is cancelled; I said that’s fine can they just produce me a new one here? She said yes but it’s $10. Why do I have to pay $10 for a new card when this isn’t my fault and I have documentation from the company that’s making unauthorized charges on my card received the information for the card they should be charging?! Terrible service. I will be looking for a new credit union to bank with.

The inside looks like a check cashing place. No personal interaction with tellers. You have to talk through bullet proof glass. No bathroom for customers. I've never acutally waited a full 7-10 buisness days for a new debit card. I'm going on 10 days & no card. The app sucks. Also they have the most inconvenient banking hours. They open at 9am & have the nerve to open at 10am on wensday and not have extended hours to make up for the lost hour. This bank makes me want to get my affairs in order so I can go to a better bank.

TERRIBLE institution! They have created policies that are not written nor posted on their website. I went to BOTH Navy Federal Credit Union & First Community Credit Union with the EXACT same documents to support my name change (new drivers license & marriage certificate...as well as the receipt verifying the change with the Social Security Administration). Oddly, SLCCU is the ONLY Credit Union requiring your new social security card to be present. Don’t get me started on the lag to keep up with technology... NO Apple Pay/NO Zelle/NO touchless pay options during a pandemic with this debit card! Save yourself the hassle and select a different/more modern institution!

They have very poor customer service skills. I had a problem with my account and needed to get a new card. The lady told me she ordered me a new one and it would take 10 days. Almost 3 weeks later I called to find out what was taking so long and I found that not only didn't she order a new card I could have gotten it that day from inside the bank. Believe it or not, the lady has worked in this very bank for over ten years. Sad. I almost changed banks because of it.

I went to their ATM to deposit money like I always do for my navy federal credit union account. The ATM took my $100 bill. I had my fiance go inside to tell someone. The branch manager comes out and says that basically it's nothing that they can do but have us call navy federal. I told him that it was their ATM and that they should be able to handle this situation. He says he don't know why they don't have that ATM coned off. So that right there lets me know that you knowingly know that this ATM has malfunctions and you all don't do anything about it. I told the branch manager Chris that I was not leaving til I called my bank. My bank put in a dispute but I will be calling st louis community credit union in the morning. The branch manager has no customer services at all! He needs more training or something. I'm livid and so confused.

The teller wasn't knowledgeable about what I was talking about and messed up my account. And I'm currently on fmla so money is already short. I'm upset.

Worst credit union ever!!!! The tellers are slow and the Atm is either down, its out of money, or it does not give the correct amount that request. Just bad all over the board. The credit union president just needs to do a major overhaul on that place..
