    We just want to take the time to say what a great job MAXINE TAYLOR did for us. This week my wife and I needed a notary for closing documents on a new home. It was the largest packet she had ever seen. She went though each sheet looking it over and helped us complete a difficult task with a good attitude! A couple days later we needed one page notarized. She very kindly worked us in without an appointment. She is very knowledgeable and professional. A great asset to the bank! Thanks again Maxine!!!

    Try to withdraw half of my money that was in my own checking account would not be able to give me my money ask them to order it and I can pick it up for a different day they said they were unable to do that asked them to help me check a different branch that has that they said they’re unable to do that. Online and atm or mobile banking is of no help. Also been calling for two days no answer. While I was waiting for my turn in the lobby I also tried calling while they were four employees at the bank with the phone ringing no one bothered to actually pick up the phone.

    10 stars if I could for Kimberly Adair. She went above and beyond seeing me without an appointment to fix a month long checking account error of $2500+ that nobody else seemed to care enough about to fix. I was ready to give up on Bank of America after 15 years. Fix the call centers. Such a disappointment.

    All I wanted to do was open a savings account as an emergency fund. The process started in November of 2020, I received a letter welcoming me to BoA the same day that I received notice of my account closing. I was then told, it was simply a security issue and I would have to go in in-person and verify my identity. But the times I've tried, I've been told about 100 different things and ran around in circles..its been a very tedious process for a savings account. A SAVINGS ACCOUNT! Time to buy a piggy bank, I guess. Would be more helpful than BoA. Will no longer be opening an account here. Update: Went to Regions up the street, was in and out in 15 minutes with everything I needed.

    I’m a new banker at this account and they are giving me so much trouble. My job have been giving me checks and every time i try to Cash one or deposit into my account they don’t let me. I ask to cash it she said i couldn't because it was a new account which was fine but then when i ask could i deposit it into my account i had to wait for 2 weeks for it to clear! That’s crazy it made me pay all my bills late and it couldn’t even take care of myself! Maybe if the bank teller wasn’t flirting with me he would have did his job right !

    Terrible service, 2nd time here this week. Been here 30 mins, had to leave the last time, couldn't wait. Only location open in Florissant, Hazelwood area. Care nothing about properly serving the people who store their money with them. Their bank lines does not look like this in other areas of the city! Go figure. Will be making changes soon! Oh the staff is nice, the banks lack of concern for people time and convenience is what's horrible! Been this way since before COVID...

    Forgot my Debit card pin and my bank in St John is closed again! Found the Hazelwood branch and got help there. Teller, Kimberly was able to give me cash while I waited for service rep. LaShanda was able to get me a new pin # and went to ATM outside with me to make sure new pin worked. Made my bad day into a great day. Thank you SOOO much.

    Actually I would have rated them with 0 stars if it was an option. They aren’t accepting in-coming calls. It took nearly a week to get an available appointment to open a new custodian account. Only then to be given ludicrous information by the representative whose name I will not mention. Not only did she try to send me on a wild goose chase to the SS office but I know without a doubt that after she had me sit there for an extended period of time while she searched for the so called piece of information I needed to bring back, that she realized she didn’t know what she was talking about. This is why she never provided me with the necessary information but instead gave me a pointless piece of paper that had no relevancy to my needs. I was so disgusted by the pathetic service that I didn’t even consider requesting to speak to the bank manager. I knew I was being given incorrect information and I respectfully told the representative this. She apparently could care less. Anyway, I am so delighted that things played out the way they did because this was clearly a welcomed Red Flag that they are clearly not a business I want to be connected to. I was able to go into a nearby bank the following day with the same documentation and open up the account that I was unsuccessfully able to open at Bank of America the day before. With this type of service this bank won’t be in business for much longer.

    RUN AWAY! This bank will waste your time and money! I have been a customer at this location for 18 years so they know my face. I was in a terrible car accident at the beginning of this year where I almost died. My drivers license happened to expire when I was in a coma. My lawyer got me a settlement. When I was depositing it, they of course prompted me to open a savings account. I had a savings account with them years ago. But they still would not let me open one because my drivers license was expired. I was not medically approved to drive. I would have had to be driven over 30 min. away to the Ofallon DMV to get a state ID because it was the closest location open during the virus. I was overwhelmed with therapy and doctors appointments anyway so I had no time or energy to do that. I have been getting .30 cents a month interest on a very large sum of money because it’s in my checking and could not get a savings account.Then when I was finally able to drive again I tried to withdraw cash to buy another car. They would not let me take out more than $5,000. I had to drive 20 min out of the way to another location to get the money I needed. I can see why this location has a 1 Star review on google. If your value your time and money, STAY AWAY!!!

    The customer service is horrible at this location . When I walked in, the banker, Ebony, looked as if she was annoyed that I was there even though the lobby was empty. I told her that I had a 9:30 appointment, but she insisted that my appointment was at 3:30. We went back and forth about that until I told her that I had an email confirmation for 9:30. When we got to her office, she denied that they provided the service that I was requesting. It was obvious to me that she was just being lazy and didn't want to do her job. I left and went to a different BOA branch down the street and they provided the requested service and were much more friendly and seemed much more willing to help even though I didn't have an appointment at that location. This is the second time that I've felt not welcomed when walking into this Lindbergh location. I was hoping to receive the follow-up email from BOA to rate my service, but instead I received an email canceling my appointment since Ebony cancelled the appointment instead of acknowledging that I was there.
