PNC Bank N Lindbergh Blvd, Hazelwood

My mom passed and had an account here. Went in to close it with all the proper paperwork to my appointment and was told it would take 3-5 days to clear their security department. Over five days later, I tried to call about it. No answer with either call. Stopped by in person and stood there for 20 minutes before anyone asked me what I needed. I needed to scan the code to make an appointment; wasn't aware as I am not a PNC account holder, and won't be after this type of service. I'm sure if I went in with a big check to deposit, I'd have people falling over each other to help. Good Lord, service just plain sucks any more ...

i stopped by PNC Hazelwood on Nov 23 to make a withdrawl from the ATM. The first problem was that the ATM would not let me withdraw more than $87 (even though I had much more in my acct). After ejecting my card and receipt, the ATM did not send out the $$. Either fix your ATM or place a note stating that it does not work.

I've had mixed service over the years but I will say that Tiffany always takes care of me and gets any issues resolved professionally and promptly. This is definitely my preferred branch to deal with. Don't typically do Google reviews but I feel it's well deserved

I needed to take my daughter to get a new debit card. They took really good care of her. As we were waiting, Yulonda took the time to personalize our experience. She used words of encouragement to my daughter as well as me. I wasnt expecting the experience to be as nice as it was only because other locations gave poor service. Thanks a million! I wish I had a million :)

Terrible fees and not the best customer service. They promise you all these perks when you sign up for banking with them. But all those little details and small print they fail to inform you about is what really counts. I will be switching banks as soon as possible. I will be going back to the credit union.

The absolute worst pnc bank in the state.. ATMs are always having problems, inside you can be the only one in the teller line, and 4 tellers behind the counter just standing around for 15 minutes, horrible experience, there left hand never knows what the right hand is doing, and sometimes 1 teller behind the counter doing both counter and drive through.. but just like anything else in North County look at the kind of people who work there.. I'll leave it at that

I’ve had the account now for about 5 months and I absolutely love it. When I opened the account everyone in the branch on Lindbergh was nice and had excellent customer service. The online banking is easy to access. My personal banker, I’m sorry I forgot his name but he was very knowledgeable and took his job very serious but in a polite way. You don’t get that now a day’s from younger people. But I appreciate it so much

This is the first review that is negative I have wrote. The girl at front door greeting customers was very nice and she tried to help but there was nothing she could do. All I wanted to do was cash a very small check and new that they require 2 forms of ID. My driver's license was ok but they would not take any other Id that I had. Mo Fishing license, Birth certificate, Mail, Ace check cashing card, Social security card and even a phone call from there customer that wrote the check was not good enough. If is wasn't for a manager that happen to walk by and heard what was going on I would not of got check cashed. Manager did not say a word to me. She looked at check and told Teller ok to cash. Worst Bank I have ever been in. You have been warned. Please take your business elsewhere. Nobody needs to go thru that.

Tried cashing a check twice from a claim I had because of an accident. From people WHO HIT ME! They needed two forms of ID. Nothing I gave them worked no even my social. Not everyone has a work ID or a school ID. Imma b honest I rather drive out west to olive they’re so nice.

ATM is ALWAYS out of order and it's only one near me so no matter what I'm having to pay the extra fees, sometimes after going out of me way to go to that one, also the shift I work I don't get off til after its closed so I can't deposit or anything when the terminal is down. Also..theyve taken out all of the Coinstars and only accept low amounts of change to deposit.what happened to customer service? Even small credit unions provide free change counters! (I get alot of change and don't think in 2016 I should have to roll all ofit for my bank to accept it)..some of the highest fees around for EVERYTHING!..rant done..so yes when I have a chance I'm moving banks
