Totally upset with this credit union! My branch has always been open on Saturday morning. Went there today because I needed to withdraw a large amount of money just to find out they are now closed on Saturday. Tired of this place seeing at least 10 cars pull up needing to do business. ATM wouldn't work either! They have just lost my business. Closing my account Monday!

I would give them 5 stars but for some reason everytime I try to use my debit card in the atm it always says: cannot read card. But it works everywhere else, like the SLC cu on Chippewa. PLEASE REPLACE THE ATM with the new updated version like they have at.Chippewa. The main reason we joined your location is because of it being right in the neighborhood.

Was with them for 26 years, finally got tired of being treated unprofessionally and them stealing money from me and moved my money to a more professional bank. Longevity of membership means nothing to this credit union.

I have moved about 8 miles from the Gravois/Hampton Credit Union. I will not change to another because of the stellar people who give great professional care and personal interest at this Credit Union.

Best bank! I been at this bank for 8 years and Its my favorite bank I love the staff they are so nice and friendly.

My car loan is through them. My husband changed over his card information because we changed banks. The woman instead of running the new card information, ran our old card information and it came back declined. They refused to take my husband's payment information to pay it , and want him to use a money order and deliver it to the branch. He went down there, the woman finally took his card information, and we thought it was all fixed. He got a phone call 4 hours later saying that they want him to deliver a money order to their office every month because it got declined before. It was the fault of an employee, so why are we having to waste time fixing it?

The online process of of applying for a loan was painless (been a member a few years now). I was contacted the following business day (today). And I was assisted via phone by samantha. The customer service is above all expectation. Especially during this stressful time. Thank you very much samantha.

I worked with a teller called Marina. She was so joyful and was a delight to work with! It was Monday morning and she was cracking jokes, such a delight!

Made it easy to open account. Very friendly, professional service. Happy to be a member.😁👊
