Spring Bank has the absolute worst statements I've ever seen. Completely illegible, transactions take up multiple lines, the typeface is hard to read, there's no spreadsheet export, no integration with quickbooks, buyer beware!

Always locked out the app, constantly have to change my password by force not because I want to, some staff listen but don't hold your breath, during one of their "system"updates not only was I locked out had to change my info and it took forever correct

A poor bank. Staff is mediocre and the ATMs are always down or in some type of disfunction. Harken is probably better. Or just try a different bank honestly.

I recommend spring bank. They care about their clients. They give me a loan when needed the most. They understand me when I missed a payment. I specially thanks CAROL GUZMAN. She was very nice to me and help me with the payment process THANKS YOU CAROL GUZMAN

So, I have been banking with them for 11 yrs now. Seen employees come & go, but all where & are so nice, good heart, right people. Yes, they are a little slow, & old school as far as banking goes, but as people I won't trade them. I give them hell at times, but they know I love them,lol. I especially realized that when my son passed away 2 years ago, & Rosie who is now upstairs like a big boss lol. Put some help together in between them, & helped me out. Ty, if I never said it before. Love you all even on my bad day.

This is just the best bank. A true community institution. I have our business accounts here and we receive outstanding customer service. The bank is really committed to its customers and our neighborhood.

A couple of months ago Luis Flores paid me a "courtesy" call because my account had a negative balance of $.90¢ He urged me to come in and make a deposit. Ridiculous. I told him to take the 90¢ from my next SSD deposit. Another neighbor on SSI got a collection letter from Spring Bank. He was instructed to stop by the bank and pay $.50¢. Preposterous. I can understand if you owe $90 or $50, but a few measly coins that don't amount to $1? This is petty, and Spring Bank should be ashamed.

I went there to open up an account and I was greeted when I walked into the door the staff at was very nice and Professional After I signed in with the staff that was at the front desk they explain to me where to go towards the back down to three little steps so I was waiting for someone to greet me or ask me can they help me have a Seat I will be with you in a minute but none of that never happened I was standing up for about a full 10 minutes until I asked one representative is he the only one working he said hold on so I waited 5 more minutes so in total I was standing up for 15 minutes until I walked over there and sat down on the chair so about 5 more minutes later he was finished with his client I was standing up the whole time not one time did he say have set cannot Multitask and not to mention the branch manager was on her phone texting taking personal phone calls etc she never Acknowledged that I was standing there or just didn’t care she totally ignored me so when I sat down with the representative He asked me if I wanted checks I told him no so he ran my information to check system with out my Knowledge never even mention to me that he was running my information anyway he told me that I could not open up an account So I ask why and he told me from account that was open with a different bank back in 2018 which I had identity theft on which is clearly in the system But they totally ignored it and He didn’t care and the manager didn’t either care and that’s sad they don’t care about people with identity DEF I will never recommend she’s been to anyone And then they don’t even let you talk They talk over you sad need better Communication and work ethic skills they don’t care about their Clients at all

I genuinely wish that I could give a better review, because I wanted to be a part of a local bank that was impacting the community in meaningful ways. I was also very impressed that Spring Bank was listed as a B Corporation, since that is a strict standard of social and environmental excellence, which I trust. But my experience with Spring Bank was unnecessarily difficult, and left me very troubled. I simply did not feel as if my money would be held in safe hands. I'm unsure whether it is the staff or the bank itself that is unable to handle basic functions of opening someone's account, but multiple mistakes forced me to close all of the accounts that I had opened in a matter of weeks. Within 10 days of me opening an account, a bank representative mistakenly deposited someone else's check into my savings account. I only noticed the mistake after I tried to create my online banking account. I was not alerted of the mistake by bank staff first. When I alerted the staff of the mistake, they were apologetic but I still had to wait a number of days before the error was completely cleared. It also took multiple phone calls for them to give to me a clear estimate of *when* the check that was not mine would be removed from my account. I then had to specifically request a written record of the mistaken check, and had to explicitly state that I wanted both the specific amount of the check and the date it was incorrectly deposited into my account. I requested this information so that I would not be held liable for anything in the future with this check, but it seemed odd that a bank would not proactively own up to their mistake and provide that information to their customer before the customer had to ask for it. I originally opened one personal checking account and one business account, along with two savings accounts. While I received a card for the personal checking account, I did not receive one for the business account. I had to call once more to request my business account card, as it seemed the representative handling my accounts forgot to process that card. It is very odd to me that a banking institution would have such a delay in issuing a new customer their appropriate cards, in order for that customer to begin actually using their account. Is this not the most basic of needs when creating a bank account? To make matters worse, when I tried setting up the card by phone, I was met with numerous system errors. Again, I had to call the bank to determine what the problem was. They could not determine why I was met with so many errors, but said that they would manually fix it. They asked me to tell them what pin number I would like on my business checking card, and they would manually input it in the system. I refused to do that, as that seemed like an incredibly insecure and makeshift method of beginning what is supposed to be a secure account with a reputable bank. Though others may have luck with them, I cannot recommend this bank, which is very unfortunate.

They wouldn’t cash my check because they claim the number to verify it was out of service. If that’s the case then why do I have no problem when I go to check cashing places and they do verification. Also the ATM machines do not take cash deposits so don’t waste your time going there after hours because the ATM will say “hardware error” when you try to make a deposit.
