Apple Bank E 161 St, Bronx

Customer service is not a priority at this location. The staff pretends to be busy while the patrons have to wait for a long time to receive service. Customer service staff needs to be trained on the etiquettes

I opened my first minors account here and you could not possibly understand how awesome it felt. Nearly two decades later and here I am Still banking at this branch. The staff and management understand the needs of the community and always put forth the best effort!

I ve been working with Apple Bank 4 years! The only problem i have with Apple Bank is that they should have more branches!! They are great!!!!

I like the customer service @ this branch. The willingness to be helpful is offered with an ease that reminds why I have been a customer for such a very long time.

The Apple Bank ATM machines in there banks are out dated. The feature for anyone tp deposit a check in the amount of their desire is not available. The reason for this is that too often you ATM machines can not read the amount on the check or the machines display invalid check, when you make the transaction with a bank teller there is no major issues at all with the check that anyone is trying to deposit. We are in a new decade and Apple Back machine's are in the past time zone old technology.

The bank has ample Space...More consideration should be payed to existing customers on line not just those opening new accounts so there is more a feeling of worth verus who cares !

My first ever, and only bank I use, since I was a teenager (maybe younger?). Now I'm 20 and still love this place. No problems with them at all.
