Awful, awful experience. I came into to pawn a Nikon D5600. So I asked the Mexician guy with the glasses how much I would be able to get for it. He flat out told me 150 with a straight face. My camera is in great condition, it's just as good as it when it came out of the box. So I told the guy, I could sell it on ebay between the 300-400 range (of course the body itself). He told me that I wouldn't be able to get that much, so I pulled up an Ebay listing, and people were selling their used cameras (the body by itself), for 300-500, people were auctioning for it and having a bidding war. As soon as I brought up I can get it for much for money on ebay, he caught an attitude, the Mexician guy with the glasses. I asked how much he would pawn it with three lens, and he told me he wouldn't take the accessories (the lens). So at this point, I just noticed the Mexican guy with the glasses caught an attitude. I asked him how much would I get for selling it, and he said nothing, because I have cameras over there. So I told him I'd sell it on ebay and already put up my camera with all my lens, for a total of 950, but the so called expert knew more than I did! Don't do business here. There's a reason why this pawn shop is always empty. The way they conduct business is disgusting. Rude and disrespectful. Also, they are selling old systems for egregious prices & and they are also selling old 360 games for laughable unreasonable prices. The 360 games they sell can be played with Game Pass for ten dollars a month. I also walked by once and they were selling a used Nintendo Switch for three hundred dollars, then V1 model retails for 250, the price was slashed by Nintendo Awful. Never will I step foot into this place again. I'm shocked they managed to stay in business during the pandemic when all of the other mom & pop shops were wiped out. The Mexician man Is bitter & resentful.

Disrispectful rude staff . They pick and choose who to be nice to .Humble yourself as a business you decide to open a business in bronx wheres theres variety of people coming in . Ive witnessed staff speaking to people really rude . Those customers who come in no matter what they come sell should always be treated with Respect wether u buying what theyre offering or not . 👏🏼Its not complicated to speak in a nice way . Dont forget thats where youre money comes from so ur business can keep running . 👌🏻💯

terrible customer service from the male white guy handbag seller. it was Disgusting the way he acted . I went to try to sell my bag he just came asked me for receipt in a disgusting tone while i was getting it and just quickly asap said no sorry we dont buy that. you bought it ? Let me get ur id . than i went to my purse and he said we dont do that here and is not even real the nerve and threw the bag back and left quick . he racialy profiled as in saying it was probably stolen and than adding and claiming is not even real . But good thing i went another place showed what i had my receipt who have better knowledge of bags and sold it fast 👏🏼God is Good.👏🏼Why sell bags when you dont even know how to inspect them. And treat people like that by just looking at someone and just assuming its stolen the audacity and foul way of treating people and profiling them.I bet if it would have been a white person like him selling a bag he would not assume is stolen. Dont sell bags if you get a real bag and just eyeball it and say its fake 👌🏻than question the customer how or where they bought it off the bat .

Only pawn shop I come to. I have purchased, sold, and pawned so many items and they always give me a great deal. The chocolates they give after is always a big plus. Who doesnt love chocolate. The owner or manager has always been helpful and the staff as well. They have a huge selection of items. Would rate them 10 stars if I could. I have yet to lose any items. They always send notices when your due date is nearing as well as text messages. They also have a portal where you can make payments to extend your date so that you dont lose your items. If you're looking for a pawnshop definitely choose them, they are the best !

Over charging on used old gen concoles like ps4 and Xbox one and it shouldn't matter about high demands, this is literally called scalping which is something that companies are planning to ban soon. You guys are buying and reselling used consoles for a higher price.

First Off The Owners Doesn’t Know Whats Real Or Whats Fake Or whats Real ! They Told Me My Bag Was Fake And I Went To Another Pawn Shop Where I Got $800 For My Fanny Pack ! I Wouldn’t Trust A Thing They say and the white man who run the place don’t know anything about name brand.

They don’t offer much cash but they accept a lot of different things u can pawn as collateral for cash.

I’ve been buying stuff from this place for the last 12 years. Today I brought in 30 movies, since this place buys used movies. All in good condition. The Mexican guy who reviews them (the one with glasses by the entrance) only bought 7 of them and gave me $10. There was nothing wrong with the other movies, they had slight wear on the cover cases but no scratches on the DVD’s. I tried to explain to him these movies are not brand new, and what is the purpose of them advertising they buy “used” DVD’s if they will only buy brand new ones? I’ve seen them use their DVD scratch cleaner machine behind the counter to clean used movies in the past. After I finish paying off the $470 earrings I have on layaway, I will not buy, pawn, or sell anything at this pawn shop again.
