I live around here and checked out this pawn shop for the first time. I was really appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Especially Karl the manager. The store is very clean and the jewelry they have displayed is reasonable prices. They don't try to push to buy anything and I really like that about them. I like to take my time and find something I like and was able to leave with a beautiful white gold ring that I have been eyeing for some time. Thank you for the awesome service 5/5 stars!!!

As always the gentlemen working here are the most courteous and respectful pawnbroker you can deal with. Having coming here for over 5 years I would recommend anybody who needs to pawn their valuables to visit these guys. You can't go wrong with them as I have come to find that they always offer the highest amount to pawn something.

​My hubby and I came down from New Jersey for our weekend break. We had a bunch of spare time and decided to visit a pawn shop for the first time to look at some jewelry. I was surprised at how many beautiful pieces they had. If I could buy them all I would lmao. In the end I left with a very pretty looking necklace for my anniversary.

They're very professional and do their best to get you top dollar for your gold. They don't try to skimp you anyway they can but try to treat you like family. I've only dealing with them for over 15 years. Nothing beats their service.

This is my go to spot whenever I am in need of cash. Karl is the sweetest person ever!!! Never once have I left here disappointed. They worked with me to get me what I needed.

This is the only pawn shop that I go to. Out of all the pawn shops around they have the lowest interest and not only the lowest interest they offer the highest price possible for my jewelry. Every time I go to 368 pawnbrokers, I receive a warm welcome. I have been going there for years and there has never been a time where they have disappointed me. They make sure you're comfortable and they work with you as far as pricing.

Nobody likes having to go to a pawn shop for money but at least these guys know how to treat people right when they are down. One of their managers I think his name was Karl is extremely friendly and accomodating. There is hardly ever a long wait and the service is super fast.

This is the aboslutely BEST PAWN SHOP on 149th street. They are conveniently located on near 3rd avenue next to multiple banks and shops. Karl made sure I left happy and explained everything clearly. I felt very comfortable leaving my stuff with them. I will be back of course soon!
