This store wasn't open according to their posted hours. Wasted my time and gas. Thanks a lot speedy cash.

I have never been treated so poorly by the staff before in my entirety of going this location. The staff member Veronica was very un professional and immediately questioned the validity of my check. "What kind of check is this?" It's clearly a payroll check, from a rather large tech company.. "I need to verify this check as we have never cashed for this company with you" umm.. okay, what? I've never had any issues what so ever before. So she needed to verify my check with HR or payroll.. as in to verify its real? This was the deal breaker. I feel extremely insulted and discriminated against. I have filed a formal complaint against this particular employee with Speedy Cash. ***Update- still no word from the DM, was supposed to receive a follow up email to my complaint. Secondly, the check being issued through Bank of America cashed it without question and mentioned they felt it clearly being a payroll check there was nothing Veronica needed to "verify" other then information on the check itself and my ID along with it. Her own prejudice kept her from doing her job. I will continue to pursue my complaint, as I do not want anyone else to have to experience the same kind of treatment***

Came here to cash my check when my ID expired and I had to renew it and only had a paper ID.. this was the only place who accepted my paper ID.. Friendly Service..

I have used speedy cash for a long time. Was disappointed in the clerk that helped me. Her name was Sunny, that's what she told me. Very unprofessional, act like she didn't want to wait on me. Ask if I could get a money order, she said you need to raise your voice and when I did she felt it was to loud. Just very mean and shaking her head. I feel if she didn't want to be there to wait on customers, she should of went home. I know the other employees heard the conversation. This happened yesterday 8/17/20 @ 1330. When I need another money order, I want go there, I am 65 years old and don't need to be disrespected.

Not to bad of service, only issue iv had was with a new trainee. She for got to add the cash to my account and only deposited my check. It was fixed in a professional manner.

Obviously Speedy Cash is going out if business.
