I’m not really good with names but Jackie and that one woman, her name started with an A but i honestly forgot her name but she was A POC just like me! Anyways. She helped me out so much that day i really appreciate her, she was dedicated and also patient with me when i had to keep running back to my car to get a couple things haha, but other than that she was amazing and i HIGHLY recommended people to come here if they ever need a loan to see how much they get approved for, i got approved for just the right amount of money for the rest of my downpayment. I have done my share of registration loans over the years, and I must say the experience that I had at the Indian School and 16th Street Speedy Cash was by far the most Pleasant! I've had to stop in there a few times this summer due to some issues with our car and added expenses with summer camps and daycare for the kids. A few times I even had to come in there with the children and I must give all the credit to Jackie. This person really knows their job well. She was direct and clear about what paperwork I needed to bring in and when I got there there were no surprises. I was in and out, even though I had my little six-year-old daughter with me she kept her entertained and hydrated; offering her some cool water when she heard her say she was thirsty and several choices of stickers. Anastasia and William gave great customer service. I was able to get in and out with my toddler and 7month old. Im about to get real.....it was a difficult time and im not big on loans but I had an emergency and thats why I came. The process was very quick but more sure you have what you need for them to wrap up the process for you. Anastasia and William gave my toddler stickers and coloring items to keep her calm. My cellphone was going dead and Ana's offered to charge my phone so I can get the information off my phone. I HAD A Great experience.

When I tell you that we were in and out and left the location feeling like we have went to that location for years and like everyone there knew us...Bruh. On the occasion that you are financially astute and do not need the services rendered by such establishments as speedy Cash and such fine customer service Representatives as MS Jackie, work something out... Take out a little loan out just to go see what's up, then pay it back same visit or donate it or whatever tf rich people do with money.. You'll be glad you did!
