This was my first time ever borrowing from a loan office, but they made it a pleasant, easy, and stress free ordeal. The staff here are very professional! i have been using this location for several years and normally never leave comments. But i have to admit i have had the friendliest customer service and always in an efficient manner as well. Also I am disabled and they have also taken care of much of my business over the phone as well and keeping with a high standard. Person that helped me asked for 4 recent paystubs when on app I specified about starting work recently. Then went on and said "that is poor... you are poor" Then after some silence she spoke with coworker and said this guy is very poor to get approved. In which case I was approved not for the amount I wanted but still. And I took the loan just to return it within the following day.

They gave my 4000$ loan to an imposter that I am in disbelief that Kelly majers or Elizabeth majers or Karma aka Mary are stealing from me. I knew yesterday that someone was going to beat me to it while posing on a phone call asking me for the last 4 digits of my social and a verification code out of a message that they had already stolen off my device messages. The employees are involved. 1/26/2021 5pm.
