Well I want to thank the Manager on staff Megan. She was able to multitask due to training a new employee while still providing the timely service that I needed. I've been in situations before as a customer with an employee in training. The experience would have been ok had their trainer conducted themselves like Megan did. She was professional with both myself and her new employee. But more importantly she displayed a good amount of professional patients with her student. Which in turn could make a huge difference on her side for manpower retention. Thanks again Megan. I look forward to seeing how much better the young lady will be when I return for my next loan.

Josh was great!! This staff is always willing to work with customers & they try their hardest to find the best solution. Definitely recommend coming here. They are patient & serve customers with a smile.

Check the better business bureau on this company if you need a loan go to speedy Cash they provide your account better security this company has their own store clerks do online accounts take available cash and finance it on your dime so be very careful then dealing with their fraud department is a joke they very rude and not helpful to fix the company fraud they do will take alot of hours for you to fix and it will cost you your own money to fix their fraud they do to you

Just wanted to let you all know if you really need some help when your pockets the best go to advance America they’ll get you right and their very patient Josh Kuder helped me out a lot today I can take care of business and have fun this weekend thanks to him.
