Walked in at 5:50 was done by 6:10. Fast friendly and helpful! All the staff was very positive and ready to help even 10 minutes before closing. Nastassia helped me out and she was very fast and friendly.

The two stars are literally only for the nice customer service ladies, they even called me back to follow up twice. The methods are very time consuming and honestly a waist of time! I spent over half an hour on the phone for the second time, just to be told I needed overdraft protection(which Bank of America doesn't offer for a single account)
