I would give them zero stars if I could, the bank is shady and takes your money. My mom and I banked here, I have been a member for over 14 years and had a checking and savings account, the bank learned that my mom and I were related and took money out of my account she didn't have her name on to pay her debt, then closed my account without notification so I didn't receive my direct deposit. When I called about it I was told it was an upper management decision and they didn't want to talk to me about it. That I could open another account, why would I do that when you take my money close my accounts and don't notify me. Not to mention they NEVER answer the phone you have to call 100 times before they actually pick up. Sad I will be finding another bank.

SPCO and the team here have been the best resource for me through my 20+ years at this branch. I could not praise the level of service I've received more. I have had everything from a traditional checking account to multiple vehicle loans with SPCO. Nicole has made loan closing easy for me on several occasions. I've moved out of Houston recently, but there's no chance I'll ever close my accounts here. My family will always do business with SPCO!

SPCO became our bank 8 years ago and I'd never go back to the impersonal treatment that you get with mainstream banks. My wife and I are greeted by name whenever we go in. And that makes banking much easier and stress free. I recommend SPCO.

In my opinion,this credit union seems to have some shady business practices. I had an account with this bank for several years and after they merged in 2005, they went downhill from that point.

So tried to use my card, should have had money in my account, check and see my balance is lower than it should be, but can't see the pending transactions, call the 800 number on the back of the card, and instead of directing you to card services or sometype of assistance it goes directly to the credit union, which is currently closed. So if it's fraud I have to wait a whole other day to report it instead of getting taken care of immediately, think twice before using this credit union, because this is a 1st

I was with this bank for over 20 yrs. In my opinion find a new bank.

The President,CEO Tim Adams is extremely rude, unprofessional, has no regards for customer service, veterans, hardships and featured disturbing behavior in the presence of my four year old daughter....
