Totally done with them and their $30 charges. I had several deposits made from Friday until Monday. I also had some automatic charges go through from Saturday and Sunday. As usual on Monday morning they apply all the charges and charge me three NSF fees totalling $90. Then a hour or so later apply all my deposits, even ones that predated the charges. Oppps too late sorry. So instead of having a $38.31 balance after all charges I have a -51.69 balance. How very convenient for them and this isn't the first time. They just need to hit you with one of those NSF charges to throw your whole account into chaos. So....good luck collecting that -51.69 from me. I've already opened a online account that doesn't charge any fees. So see ya. I should have quit you a long time ago.

I went her and got information about joining and was treated with respect and friendliness that was genuine. Unlike CCU!

My husband and I went here because family had recommended this bank. Our Chase account was frequently having fraudulent activity, despite our very careful use of cards (no online purchases, cash at gas stations, no credit card use), which gave us a reason to finally ditch the big bank for a credit union. To open an account, they have you make a phone call to customer service (in a private room) for your personal information. Then you're bought into an office with a representative where you sign forms and get to set up the accounts. The phone call was odd, but everyone was pleasant. We were greeted promptly by the front desk and the phone rep was nice as well as the bank rep that completed the account set up. I'd suggest having a person to collect the personal info instead of over the phone, but it was good overall.

The young lady that helped me was such a godsend. I was having an extremely rough day and she showed compassion, came up with a resolution. She even spoke with her manager after I left and called me on my way home to resolve the issue fully. I want to also thank her colleague who assisted her in helping me with an extremely upsetting matter that SCCU had nothing to do with. Thank you all, God Bless 🙏

Been with this bank close to three years, never had a bad experience till a couple months ago. This is definitely the worse space coast bank I been to. I waited in the drive thru part for over 35 minutes to deposit my check people who got there after me went before I did then I was talked to rudely and they didn't give me my license back. I had to drive all the way back to get it.

I've been banking with SCCU for three going on four years. I love this bank so much. I plan on opening up and child's account for my daughter so that I can put money aside for her. I trust SCCU with my money and I know they always have my back. The staff are very helpful and kind. I recommed this bank to anyone starting out too. They truly are there to help even if you don't understand something they will help you understand it clearly.

The mobile and online banking services are the WORST. Have been locked out of my account repeatedly with proper login credentials and lied to about the reasons, blaming on a change in device or location that never happened. They use security questions from credit checks that provide improper information prompting you to fail additional security questions and restrict your account access. Very shady indeed. Took my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same.

Such a great bank. The employees are always so helpful and kind. They will go out of their way to assist you in your banking needs. I’ve been with SCCU for over 5 years and will remain a loyal member. Thank you Danielle and all SCCU employees!!

This branch is terrible! This was my first experience going into a Space Coast Credit Union since I was trying to open a new account with them and was told “go to the last door on the left”. AGAIN, first time being here I listen and wait in the back for about 5 minutes until I was fed up with waiting and ask the same girl “am I supposed to be waiting for someone” she replies “you were supposed to pick up the phone. You didn’t let me finish” like WHAT. The nerve she had to say I didn’t let her finish when I stood at the window confused with which room and asked her for the second time where to go!!!!! I ended up leaving.

Rocklege Florida on US1. We went in to open an account for a non-profit organization and was very curtly directed an "express" area to a small closet booth with a phone. She explained that the phone registration process would determine which kind of account we needed. We asked if there was a way to open an account other than by phone, and the lady didn't even bother to answer. She turned away and left us standing there. As we were leaving, the lady didn't say, goodbye, have a nice day, sorry, ..... NOTHING AT ALL. As I am writing this reveiw, I can hardly believe how we were treated.
