If your reading this review your probably trying to find the right company to purchase tradelines with as I did the same. There are so many companies online companies offering tradelines with prices all over the place and you just don't know who to use or even trust. I can tell you I did several weeks of research. emailing many companies and when I came across Superior Tradelines there was something about them that set them apart from the others. I was fortunate to be able to speak with Mike and Cory who know this industry so well and addressed all my concerns. As of today I am pleased to have a $20K tradeline appearing on all 3 bureaus. Very great company raj and Corey are excellent I what they do. They gave me a free credit audit while being very transparent on what I needed to do to reach my financial goals. I don’t even know where to begin - I purchased a tradeline to help my boost my credit. But, if I knew what I know now. I would have never done this. Customer service at first was A1 - on point. I saved up the amount needed to purchase one of their tradelines. I purchased on Fed 22nd - the tradeline was scheduled to post on March 3rd. That did not happen which I understand why, tradelines for some reason aren’t being excepted as they use too by banks. Now since the tradeline didn’t go through I agreed to receive a refund. You would think that a refund process is easy. Child no that’s not even the case. Around March 9th I agreed to refund. They stated their only process for a refund is to mail you a check by Usps. Now this I didn’t understand at all. You took the funds out of my checking account, then why you can’t put it back? Why as a customer do I have to wait on a mail refund. I didn’t mail you my money, so why do I have to wait on the mail to get it back. But okay whatever. Doesn’t make sense. As their billing department stated this is how their account is set up they can only do mail refunds. This was March 9th. Today is April 9th and I still haven’t received my refund. They mailed it to the wrong address. It’s understanding if you get a number wrong here and there. But they mail my refund to a completely different address nowhere near my address. So Usps have no idea where it is. This is their error from start to finish. As a customer of any company you would think a company would go above and beyond for their customers and that is not the case here. I’m still waiting on my refund because they act as if they can’t do a stop payment on the first check mailed to wrong address and cut another one and ensure it’s mailed to the correct address. Think twice before you even go to this company. I hate leaving reviews but this I had too. you are playing with peoples money, and their time. Then I was told oh it will be at your local post office. So I’m like okay great. Give it a couple of days. I arrived at the post office and they send me to another post office because they said that it’s still at the mail distribution local. Now mind you I don’t have a car. I went to a total of three different post offices and spent almost an additional $77 in Uber to try to pick up my refund. And come to find out the change of address was rejected and it could take up to 6 weeks for the Usps to even update a mailing address on something when it has the wrong address. Not sure how true that is. But I’ve spoken to three Usps supervisors and they all stated the same thing. Another six weeks on top waiting between Feb 22 and April 9th. This is the worst customer service ever and the worst company to go to when spending your hard earn money with them. By the time I receive my refund we’ll be in the month of June. Never again!!!!!!!!

Success begins and ends with a goal and clear expectation of that goal. Superior Tradelines provides that and more. If you need this type of service and I can't imagine why anyone would use another company. These guys are professionals and Mike exemplifies that professionalism with his knowledge, communication, and dare I say follow up. Yes follow up: the most important part of any transactional relationship. If you have experienced anything other than what I experienced from Superior or Mike it has to be an anomaly. I called almost 2 years later to inquire about services again and not only was I able to speak to Mike but he remembered me. As before he was extremely helpful and straight forward and I am convinced that is why we were successful in accomplishing my goal. This is a GREAT company! The whole company - from their website to their tradeline experts - is incredibly helpful. I've done a fair amount of research into other companies, and this is the first I've found that actually cares about MY SITUATION! If you are uncertain about what you need, but you know that you want a better credit score, I HIGHLY recommend reaching out to this company. They meet you wherever you're at financially, and give you genuinely good advice for how you can better your financial state. I'm pretty young (23 yo) and like most young people, I had a thin credit file and a not-so-great credit score, and I didn't know anything about finances. However, I knew that I needed a good score to get a good mortgage rate for a house, which I plan on doing soon. I decide to research tradelines because I heard that they can help your credit score. I see this company on Google and decide to call in and I get a hold of Mike. Mike was very professional and direct. He discussed my financial situation with me. He asked me to send in my credit reports because he wanted to analyze whether or not tradelines would be a good fit! No other company had me do that, most were telling me to select what I wanted (but I didn't know what I wanted!). After Mike's team analyzed my credit report, they discovered I had a collection, and they directed me in how to dispute it. My score instantly increased! I never would have known to do that without their help! The best part, throughout my interactions with this company, I have never felt pressured to buy anything. They wanted to sell their tradelines, but they didn't push that over actually helping me with my finances. They gave me great advice for free, and that alone helped raise my score. Everyone I've talked to is more than willing to answer my questions and give me the best guidance, even though I didn't purchase a tradeline with them. This company obviously cares about their clientele and what is best for them, not just making money.

For anyone looking for trade lines make sure you read the fine print and ask questions because they will tell you anything to make a sale. I would've never bought a trade line with this company if I would've known they would remove the trade line after 45 days. Total waste of my time and money.
