Amscot - The Money Superstore Clearlake Rd, Cocoa

Wouldn't notarize a simple deed. It would have been nice if they would have told me that on the phone!

They tell me one day there is a fee for giving change for Bill's even 20$ worth. Couple weeks later they say they dont give out change. Inconsistant management is a terrible sign of a business. I'd recommend going to a different Amscot if it's not too far of a drive just to avoid workers with bad attitudes.

Worst place ever. No organization. Just let who ever is in the middle windows go ahead of everyone after telling people that are in line to take open windows to be helped faster. The people are rude and have no respect. Especially the the hair lady and gray hair guy. Ill drive 100 miles else where if i had to b4 i go there agian.

Most of the time we are in and out of Anscot with out more then a 3 Minute wait time. I always deal with the one on Clearlake Rd. In Cocoa FL. They know me when I come in the door and alleays Greet Me. It's a good feeling to know the people you deal with.

Well, the employees are friendly but once your called to the window, they have you wait for too long while still assisting others called before you.

Edited 10/8/17 Original review below. I'd like to thank Amscot as a company for their kindness and sensitivity during Hurricane Irma. You have been here and helped in so many ways. Thank you and every one of your local staff for understanding our needs and being here to help us. Original review: It's sad to hear of others poor service here. I've always had good experiences here. Because of the nature of this business, they require certain forms of identification. They may SEEM inflexible about how they work, but consider that they are cashing checks and other instruments from places they cannot see for people that they, in many cases have just met. These are legal requirements placed on them by the courts. If they ignore the rules, they get laughed out of court. Plus they lose all the money paid out on the check. They charge you a fee for cashing your check when your Bank may not want to cash it at all. Give them a chance, they are people just like all of us. Cooperate, have your ID's and documents ready and they will do their very best. I use them because I have too, my life would be much different if they were not there.

I wouldve given more than that because I have been coming here so much and always great result. But the couple of times I have came I have had a issue. An employee by the name of Jesse. He doesnt know what he is doing. Its always a problem and then he realize he wrong.... He needs more training.. Do better

I was using this store frequently. until I got questioned by the employee there. He thought it was okay to ask me why I receive western unions, and who from, and why it was always the same amount. whats it to you??? I go to western unions weekly and never been questioned as though I am a criminal. I will NEVER return.

Slightly less lame than the Rockledge store. Hard to soar like an eagle when surrounded by turkeys . 35 minutes to make a no brainers 42 second decision.

Love it, so easy to get checks cashed. No red tape.
