Very easy to open an account, no monthly fees on checking or savings. I also got great rates on a home equity line of credit.

This is the 3rd time I’ve made a cash deposit at this bank, specifically Pine Island Branch and Oakland park branch, and deposit mysteriously don’t show up due to the teller either putting on wrong account on purpose, or hoping the client doesn’t catch the mistake. And when you call they all act like you are the problem and rudely hang up the call on you. I will file several complaints with the state with proof that this bank and employees are up to no good and are some of the most disrespectful human beings i’ve ever encountered in banking.

Always great customer service! Absolutely love their free checking accout plus extended drive thru hours each weeknight until 6pm and even on Saturday. True small town bank feel. I will be banking with Space Coast for as long as I am in Fl. I love working with genuine, real people, honestly I've never felt like any greeting/encounter was fake or forced (as some other larger financial institutions come across).

There are actually a few smaller things I could complain about. BUT : I have a business checking account for FREE! That's 324 $ /year savings. They also seem to have better rates on car loans etc. If yuou are on budget, tha's far better than fancy.

I had such a great experience at this Space Coast yesterday. I was greeted when I walked in, and the gentleman who helped me with my paper work was informative and accommodating. A huge thanks to Bryan, the bankteller who helped me, he was a huge help and Im happy with all his hard work.

Employees are always friendly and make you feel at home. There’s a notary that especially helpful and everyone including the drive through is always willing and able to help you. I recommend this credit Union over the larger banks because you receive personal attention and their loan rates are very good.

I love this place so much I brought them the best person on earth... My Mother. She is leaving a branch that she's been with for 20 years. Bad customer service elsewhere led to change. She's excited she got help from Ashley amd Damian! Nice attitude even when they were closing the office. It might not be the newest or the biggest, but the service and reliability is their strength! The lady who opened my account put me down as a partnership instead of sole proprietorship. I was suppose to get an email with that corrected. Have not yet. I wasnt given business checks, not even my routing number on the paper work. My debit card has yet to come in the mail. How am I suppose to conduct business? Furthermore, when trying to make a deposit my account was on freeze and took 20 minutes to do a simple transaction. Also, i cant get online banking. Get it together Space Coast.

I have been banking with space coast credit Union over 10 years and I have never had the experience I had today at this branch very incompetent right down to the branch manager who made everything worse
