I was treated with great customer service. Everyone there was very pleasant and helpful. Always loved credit unions and space coast credit union is awesome. Took very little time to open an account,with very little money to start. They also report to all 3 creditors. Highly recommend this bank.

I've been a member for a long time and had multi car loans with space coast and I love everyone that works there but since June of this year I had chances insurance and brought my new insurance so my loan payments would not go higher and now nothing has been done to chance my insurance information and now my car payments are higher but I will not pay anymore to space coast on my loan only what I am suppose to pay !! Its not all the stress in this frecking world with this covid-19 now I have to deal with this!

Don't have to call Space Coast Credit Union very often. Just called and spoke with Charlene today regarding a deposit and she was very detailed and went above and beyond to see if there was any additional ways to deposit a cashier's check. So thank you Charlene you are one of the reasons why I love this Credit Union.

Staff does not create cue line for customers. Three customers cut in line in under five minutes!!!! Staff does not verbally communicate with customers to welcome who’s next!!! I spoke up that we were cut in line and staff did not correct problem. Will not be returning!!! And will most likely cancel accounts here!!!

No longer accepts real deposits. Just photos. Doesn't work. Good credit union? Not.
