My wife and I are thrilled that we chose Superior Fence and Rail. Nick was amazing! We were surprised when he showed up alone and told us he would be done within a few hours but he delivered. The fence looks beautiful and we will definitely be recommending Superior to everyone.

After researching and contacting multiple fencing companies, my wife and I decided on Superior to do our backyard. Josh, a sales rep, was very informative and always quick to respond during our initial communication. From there, we continued to receive great communication from Kathy & Maria from their permitting and scheduling departments. When it came time to install, we had the team of Jason, Christian, and Tony. All 3 were on time (early in fact), professional, and quick. I would recommend this team to anyone who works with Superior. I've only heard horror stories about fencing companies, especially ones that subcontract. That's something you will not need to worry about with Superior.

I was told that they don't have a showroom of their fence for me to view. Also, they only do the estimate if they will install the fence. So, they literally told me to go to another fence company. Every last one of you should be ashamed of yourselves. This place needs to be shut down. You're horrible and unprofessional.

Rey was very pleasant to work with and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Our installer Jose was also great to work with and did an amazing job with the install. I would highly recommend this company.

They were awesome!! Answered emails and returned calls the same day. Quality was better than my expectations and I have pretty high standards! Workers who came to my house were very professional and tidy. Work was completed in the time frame given. Will definitely use it again if needed and will recommend it to others.

Working with Jacqueline has been awful. I’ve called the office several times and left messages and nobody answers or calls back. It’s been over 30 days and I still don’t have a quote and keep getting the runaround. Good luck working with this company. I don’t understand the reviews that they have Online.

I was worried about replacing my fence after the hurricanes because I know everyone is trying to do quick work and make a fast buck, but they were awesome, well priced, and made the whole process simple. From Rey and his honest quote with no pressure, the office for setting up appointments and permits, to Jose for his quick and professional work, I was really impressed and would use again.

Very professional company and kept me updated with the process from permitting to fabricating to install date. Project was done ahead of schedule and my installer Fili did an amazing job. I will definitely use Superior Fence on my future rental properties.

I had a fence quote for a fence to be installed at my house. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to provide insights on parts of the fence I had not considered. I was unable to get the fence due to budget constraints, but I have no doubt that their fences would be top of the line. I will definitely try to use them in the future.

Neat and respectful workers. Everything looks great. ,We received a few estimates and chose Superior Fence and Rail off of the positive reviews and seeing they completed our neighbors fence.

Update (6-2-21): We have talked to the company. There is NO material at all. We ordered the Hamilton Plus and they told that they had their own warehouse with material. If you want the extra sturdy vinyl fence, plan on it taking lord knows how long. I don’t understand why they are selling that type of fence when they don’t have any material. This fence company is not the greatest to work with. The gentleman who came out to our property seemed a little “green”. He was measuring where the fence was going but ended way deep in our neighbors yard. Didn’t seem to understand how to read the survey. We originally called him out to quote us for a wood fence, but after some research and thinking we decided to go with the vinyl. I wish he would have explained there were options for the vinyl and gave us better information about it. He quoted us for the basic vinyl fencing. After doing our own research we went with an upgraded better wind resistance vinyl fence. This is what really angers me. They told us that it would be installed in April. It has been rescheduled 3 times now. The first time they called and emailed. The other two just an email, no call. It was supposed to be installed tomorrow 6-1-21, and now it’s pushed again to the 14th. I searched my inbox and it’s an auto generated email that states “as per contract dates of installation are approximate.” Did i mention we already but half of the money down for the fence? 6K. I have a dog and two toddlers and am worried about them every time they go outdoors as we live next to a busy road. We started this process back in February .

We shopped several fence companies in our area. Their team was responsive and extremely quick to get us a professional estimate. The entire process including the permitting was seamless and the fence looks absolutely fantastic. They also did a custom enclosure around our dumpsters at Bungalow Beach Place in Indian Shores. We will definitely utilize Chris and his team on all of our commercial properties going forward!!!

I used Superior 10 years ago and needed some help on getting my daughter a fence for a wedding present, asked for everything to be done low key, asked for installation during their honeymoon, and you could not give them enough praise, they went the extra step, and if you want top service ask for Sharon, great team work Superior!!!!

We had superior fence install a vinyl fence recently and it is beautiful! Our whole experience was excellent. Mark was who we worked with and was very clear with our options and the timeline for what we wanted. We shopped around at other companies and the quotes and quality didn't compare. The office staff at superior was super nice too, I never spoke to a voicemail and they were patient with our HOA which took forever to give us the green light to install. The day of installation they showed up when they said they would, and were super efficient, and didn't leave a mess. Highly recommend superior fence!

The estimate was a fortune (more than my brand new roof) and it’s not even for the entire property. They didn’t have the type of fence in stock and I got an estimate for something I didn’t even want/like. Mark was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I didn’t want to let him in my house because They claim “no contact estimate” but the guy wouldn’t leave me alone once he arrived. When he called to follow up he was rude and bullied me about not being able to afford the cost and then hung up the call. I would never recommend this company to anyone. He also was two hours early to the appt which is disruptive and disrespectful. He also trampled my garden and plants.

Superior Fence did a fantastic job and we are very happy with our fence! We had just moved into our new home and needed the "Puppy Picket" fence (with the extra pickets) to accommodate our new puppy. The entire process from initial consultation to installation was professional and pleasant. I would recommend this company to anyone. The installation crew of Tim, Juan, and Eddie were courteous, very professional and helpful with questions I had during the installation. The initial consultation with Josh was also a very pleasant experience.

Superior Fence & Rail recently completed installing a vinyl fence and gate on my property. Overall I was very happy with the finished product. Jose and his installation crew worked hard to make the finished fence look great. My only negative is that the permitting took several weeks, but I do understand that they had to wait on the permit from the county. I would definitely consider using them again on any future projects.

Where do you even start with this terrible company. We were told they would contact us the week of install which never happened so we consistently were reaching out to them. The day before they respond product was not in the warehouse had to push install out. Finally they do the install and do your self a favor by inspecting in detail. They concreted only post they felt like and the others i can pull right out of the ground with 1 hand. Of course I would not recommend using them.

Horace and his team were very professional. They gave great insight, worked in a timely fashion, left no clean-up for me to do and worked with me around other projects going on in the backyard. Brittany was very helpful and worked beautifully with the scheduling. I highly recommend this company for any of your fencing needs. Thank you Superior Fence and Rails for a job well done!! SECOND UPDATE, took them to small claims court and won. Now Johnson claims that he sold the company, after I announced I was suing. People read real reviews, not the ones from their page. They refuse to refund your money, they might do that to more people. UPDATE: when our lawyer told them we would take them to court, they changed the name of the company.These people kept our money and did not install anything. They even stalled the BBB asking them to respond to the complaints. In their website they show all positive reviews from OTHER STATES, not their franchise. We will take them to court to get our money for no service rendered because the owner is hiding and manager who told us she would look at the numbers for our refund, a month and a half ago lies to cover. Dishonesty buys them only bad publicity, that is what they will be getting in our area. LOOK AT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RATINGS BECAUSE THE SITE THEY SHOW IN THEIR PAGE IS ONE THEY DO NOT ALLOW BAD REVIEWS.

My fence was installed by Superior Fence & Rail less than one year ago. Recently the slats just started falling out. I have reached out to them 3 times. I have been told they have no one to fix the fence, and trying to hire someone. I have also been told they would be out within the week (never happened & no phone call). As of today, my fence is still as pictured and no one has called or shown up. One of the reasons I chose Superior Fence, was their 5 year guarantee on workmanship for their vinyl fences. Obviously this is not true. I would strongly recommend that you do not purchase your fence from them. 5/3/19 The day after this post, someone finally came out and repaired the fence. 8/25/20 Update: fence is holding up well and have not had any other issues to date.

I had my vinyl fence installed on December 6, 2021 after waiting 2 months finally while installation the workers are not professional like the sales person stated while giving me the quote. Extra dirt from the holes they made was thrown on the lawn that was getting treated for weeds without my consent. After me seeing that I approached the lead person and told him that he needs to haul away the extra dirt and he was fine . I came to find out after they left they threw the extra dirt on my driveway and landscaping behind the plants and along the side of the house where I had mulch in. Additional to that left concrete pieces around my backyard damaging my lawnmower . I contacted and provide pictures and video of the incident and they stated that was part of how they worked and couldn’t do anything to help me out. Instead demand for final payment and threatened me to put a lien on the house for final balance due. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Think about other options before hiring this company like this. Not profesional workers.

My wife and I recently bought a house and needed to enclose a section of the back yard for the dogs with approximately 100' of vinyl privacy fence. The whole process was quite seamless from start to finish despite our own unfamiliarity regarding HOA approval, building permits, etc. While the cost may be higher than some other options out there I am a firm believer in the adage "You get what you pay for" and couldn't be happier with the choice we made. We had previously rented a home in the Melbourne area and the gate sagged very badly which made coming and going with lawn equipment cumbersome. The installation was much faster than I had expected and the reinforced gate installation is excellent and we don't experience any sag at all - the bonus is that the fence even closes on it's own when you release the gate except in the case of very strong opposing winds.

I was really pleased with how my fence came out.. level of work and details put into the fence was fantastic. Ken was a very pleasant guy to deal with and he had a great sense of humor. He showed up on time, prepared, and finished the job faster than expected, his talent is off the charts.

Run as fast as you can away from this company! We waited several months to have our fence installed with Superior Fence only to be left with a fence that is not level in several areas and that was set inside of our irrigation system in some areas. Now our grass is dead in those areas. Mike the office manager told me I needed to read the contract better, they only mark out the public utilities, while irrigation is considered a private utility. The representative Jacqueline who sold us the fence told us that she put the fence where we asked for it to be. We went with their higher fence quote thinking we would have better customer service but we were terribly disappointed.

After contacting multiple fence companies and reviewing multiple estimates, we chose Superior Fence and Rail. Josh did a great job explaining the product, their office kept us informed and even moved us up on the schedule when there was an opening. The installation was quick and professional. Our vinyl fence looks great!

We just had our vinyl fence installed today by Superior Fence and we couldn't be happier with the quality and overall experience. Julio & Juan were here on time and were the nicest guys you could ever meet! They were friendly, professional and did great work installing the fence. Julio went over details to make sure we happy each step of the way. Excellent work from a really good company. Highly recommended!

Great workers! Fast workers.(Nick and Matthew) those two guys pull my old fence I'm and place my new one in just a couple.of hours. They clean the area after they finished and explained how it was done. A+. The fence looks perfect!!! I am so happy.

Will recommend waited a few weeks but the pandemic, worth the wait.

Superior Fence & Rail was EXCELLENT. The vinyl fence they installed for my home looks far beyond my expectations. I never thought my backyard will looked so spacious and beautiful. The installation process was neat, clean, organize and timely. I really appreciated the team and everything they did to answer all my concerns with a high sense of customer satisfaction. As a construction pro myself, in a different field, I have to say, this company is amongst the absolute VERY Best in service, during and after the sale. If you have an issue (MY EXPERIENCES - after the sale,/install), their responsiveness is impossible to beat. They work Hard and Fast to make you happy. MY Only ONE downside, ask about the things not explained in the sale. - Product quality offered, including hinges & latches. They advertise "3 levels of quality fencing materials". Was not offered to me. I LOVE this company. Not necessarily the product(s) used. (80% is hardware- wasn't offered upgraded options). Advice, ask questions about products. 100% I would HIGHLY Recommend this company!!

Our overall experience with Superior was excellent from the initial contact to completion of the job. Our sales rep, Mark, was friendly, informative, and extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable regarding our options and how to provide the best care for our new fence. He was readily available to answer our questions throughout this process. The office staff was also friendly and pleasant to work with. Our installers, Freddy and Francisco, were fantastic. They worked quickly and efficiently to craft a quality fence around the uneven slopes of our property. We have already received several compliments regarding the quality of the fence since the installation less than a week ago. Great job! Mark was the representative with whom all the planning was done. He was explicit and to the point, did not embellished or exaggerated what superior fencing responsibility would be, from beginning to end. I did have an installers that was not working out, I call superior fencing and Alysia, replaced him immediately. Mr. Julio came over and did an amazing job. I am very satisfied with the work and I have recommended someone already.
