My first bank account as a young adult started here at this branch. Over 11 years later I want to thank all the branches I have ever visited with their help and generosity! Although, I recently closed my account due to getting married and joining my husband I will still always recommend you guys! Never had an issue! You guys rock! I’ll be back ;) ❤️

Great bank I’ve used them for 8 years so far. They’ve always seem to get things done in a timely matter. Customer service pretty quick.

The treatment is excellent, I changed banks because they treat me very well.

Horrible customer service. The branch’s assistant manager, Ms. Gonzalez gives incorrect information to her customers and then forgets what she says. I had to call the district mananger, Amber to solve our problem. They need additional training.

Seriously the slowest tellers on the face of this planet. Make sure you have an extra 30 mins in your day to stop by this bank.

My checking account was compromised by a lowlife who used my money to purchase game keys through a company called Xsolla. I don’t check my account everyday, so I was not aware of the security breach. You would expect the bank to notify its customers of suspicious activity, but not this time! My money was stolen on Christmas Eve. I continued to pay my bills, not knowing that anything was wrong. Until early January, when I was shocked to learn that I had a negative balance in my account. I notified multiple branches, all of which told me to be patient and wait for an investigation. But they still charged me over $100 in overdraft fees, even though I was the victim! Horrible customer service and a branch manager who does not care about the well-being of his customers! It ruined my holidays and my recent birthday, not to mention stressful days and sleepless nights.

Great Coustomer service. Personnel very polite and always willing to help you in any difficulty wirh banking.
