The branch manager Allison Osborne, was amazingly helpful. She was very knowledgeable and understanding my needs as a business owner. I have visited other branches and have not received The impeccable service that I received today. I will drive further to this McCoy because my experience was such a one of pleasure. Thank you again for your time and professionalism.

I would like to take this moment through this way of communication I would like thank Mrs Jennie Albarrán from the moment I walk in her office she gave such comforting word of encouragement that I would be okay and that my decision in refinancing my car I was very scared and and sure that it would it happened but her confidence in me really made me reassured me People walk to a bank at time very intimidating but she make everyone walks in as if there is nothing impossible for them as she did for me !!! This the worst bank ever !! Very limited personnel , no one can help you on the weekend , plus someone has access to my credit card and spend $850.00 dollar and the bank say they were not responsable so I lost my money. Costumer service is horrible I definitely don’t recommend this bank..worst place do not trust this bank !!

I was able to start my first account at McCoy and to be honest I was a little nervous. Jennie went above and beyond for me and made sure I was able to get an account smoothly. She was incredibly nice and I felt comfortable talking to her. The setting was familiar and family like. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Me and my dad are both thankful and appreciative to Jennie and the rest of the people at McCoy!

I was recently caught up in a scam where I had to close my accounts and open new ones. I rushed over to the bank, it was 20 minutes before closing and Jeannie Martinez stayed late to help me. Not only did she do her job well, she also empathized with me, did not rush me, and listened to my story. I returned a couple of days later with the proof that my computer did not have any malware on it so they could re-enable online banking and she came out of her office and volunteered to help me. She is the best!

I DO NOT RECCOMEND! Took over a credit union I was with and never sent a new card before they closed my account. 2 weeks and still no card. No access to my money. Customer service is terrible. Even emailed the CEO Alvin who never responded. Obviously don't care. RUN as fast as you can.

My experience with Ms Allison was awesome, I just opened a business account and she coached me and helped me every step of the way, and most of all she was patient with me, being this was my first time doing something like this, I can’t say thank you enough for her outstanding service, I love my credit union and I will always be truly greatful.

Staff is nice. The bank itself is the WORST place to keep your money. Lack of communication and compassion for long-term customers. If you go overdraft for .23 cents they will charge $30.00. No matter what. Hopefully this will help future customers.

We went to open a business account to several financial intuitions and finally landed up opening at McCoy Federal Credit Union. The reason being that the Manager Ms. Allison Osbourne opened our account and she was extremely good. She explained to us what the requirements were, her personal approach and attention she gave us was above and beyond than anywhere else we went. We were very impressed how pleasant she was. Over the years I have dealt with over a dozen institutions but have never came across someone like her. It is very hard in todays climate to find people such as her. So please do not lose such valuable employee. Looking forward in dealing with her.

Very easy to set up new account. Always have great service, every time I've had to go in, which is always a nice change. Website banking access is also great
