I went in looking to open a business account. I was helped by an agent, Mayra. She was extremely thorough in explaining the types of accounts and services they offered. I ended up opening 3 accounts. The customer service is definitely top notch. I will continue to refer all of my clients to this location.

My customer service rep diane greeted me when I walked . I told her what I needed and she said of course sir I can help you. She handled opening up my accounts and made sure I understood everything before I left. She said if I had any problem to call her . Now that’s how you deliver customer service.

This bank is the worst of the branches. Very slow. Crappy customer service. Always the same. Not willing to help.

Very nice and friendly bank . All the girls are very helpful especially Mayra. As in for the manager, I didn’t really vibe with her but she was also helpful as well . Thank you Mayra for being so helpful and explaining every thing to me very thoroughly . I was very close to closing my account but Mayra helped me pick out a more convenient and appropriate account for me. Thankyou to the staff, you guys are very sweet everytime I come in.
