Claimed we had returned mail and added service charges for months claiming I didn't mail back the form they sent to the address that has not changed in years.....seriously if I got the form how was my mail returned months of service fees when I made them admit how absurd their claim was they credited back 1 month service fee.you would think they would want to keep my service more than the 5.00 fee.guess not
