Chase Bank Alta Mere Dr, Fort Worth

I have been going to this bank for a year now. And was really surprised when during my transaction the security guard was behind teller the entire time looking at my accout that is surely a violation of privacy and i was shaken by it. I never thought that was possible. I would think that the bank teller or Supv.would of said something. I need to talk with someone about this.

DO NOT USE THE DRIVE UP ATM. In the 5 years I’ve been with chase. I had NEVER had any issues. This branch knows the DRIVE UP ATM outside does not work the way it should. Still nothing is done to maintenance it or actually fix the errors. This is now the second time I deposit (months apart from last time) and I am not able to do access my money because the ATM is glitching, or in a “error state”. Has happened twice now, both with a small and large amount. The first time I sat on the phone for almost a hour to try to even get information on my acct and report the issue. Last time I at least had cash already in my possession. This time I don’t. I have gone the entire weekend without being able to access my money. I’ve checked my account and it reads *present available balance $…… (what I deposited SINCE FRIDAY) my actual balance that I am able to pull money out of (NOT ENOUGH FOR WHAT I NEED TO BUY).

Leroy, Bryan, Cecila and DJ are AMAZING! This is a world bank with small town customer service. They know you by name and will go WAY WAY out of their way to help you with anything you need. This is my home branch even though it is not the closest. If you do encounter a problem ask for Leroy the branch manager, he will get it fixed! They deserve all kinds of praise!

This bank never answers their phone. None of the locations answer their phone. It's a horrible setup. When you need help at the location you are headed to and they are too lazy to physically pick up a phone. Thinking about finding another bank

I don't have an account here but must go because the place I work for does. I only use the drive thru to get change and most tellers are nice, fast and efficient but there's this one white young lady who's not helpful at all and took her 30 minutes today to give me 100 in ones. She apologized but I wish I could go somewhere else for change.

There was minimal staff but once at the front of the line they assisted with standard requests. However I needed a notary for a document so I could access retirement funds which I could then put into the bank. But because the account was not set up currently, the bank manager refused to notarize the document. This is circular reasoning and was of NO help to me. I need to find a more responsive bank to deposit funds

The staff is very friendly, (Katie, Vanessa, Israel et al) and the manager Leroy Smith is all smiles and a world of help when you need him. I highly recommend this Chase Bank branch.....it's by far the best Chase Bank branch in the area.

Great location Friendly Staff, With 3 ATM's. Drive through, in the lobby and in the bank. They got my account set up in minutes and were quick to assist me when I needed to payoff a Car Loan. It is not a large Branch and can get quite busy from Noon to close on Paydays. So I suggest any other hours!

The wait time was outrageous. I know Saturdays are busy but they had one teller. When a customer asked if there was more help Christina Reyna was condescending towards the older man. If she had said someone was out sick we might have understood. Never going there again. Lake worth is better.
