Love Bank of Texas, have them for years. They are always vigilant and protective of my accounts from fraud. Have the best travel points on their credit card.

I switched to BoT from Wells Fargo, and I’ve loved them ever since. Ashley, the branch manager is wonderful! She responds to any emails I send and is so sweet and accommodating. I had a c section with my first baby and accidentally let my account overdraft while i was recovering and she waived all the overdraft fees and was so helpful. Francisco is also awesome, he helped me set up my account. They even helped me set up a savings account for my baby girl! Love BoT!

During this strange time of the C Virus my transaction with Bank of Texas bank teller, Monica, was a joy. Efficient, thorough and helpful she expressed an genuine friendliness that mad the encounter a bright moment in my day. This teller is an example of the crew at BOT. Love my regional bank.

Francisco is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at this bank!!! He’s always welcoming me to the branch makes me feel confident!!! When I speak with Francisco it feels like I have knowing him my hole life like we are best friends!!!! I’m so glad that he’s there and he’s so awesome !!!!! I highly recommend Bank of Texas with my experience they have been awesome have helped me in every direction the things that I'm totally lost with they help me to get a better understanding they guide me through any areas that I'm stuck my first experience with the bank that's been so open to help has been Bank of Texas there is a Sam Menard that is always glad to hear from me and helps me every time I have something that I need done and that's the Bank of Texas and fort Worth off 7th Street I got to say I'm learning a lot from every employee of every in contact with can't say I'm the smartest in the world but they don't let me fail in any area there more than willing to help me to get around the blocks and super friendly they're willingness to help seems to be unlimited I'm grateful for this that bank it's been a big help I recommend it if you want a good place to bank God bless all

My personal experience was great! The banker that assisted me exercised kindness, lots of understanding and was willing to listen. I explained what I was looking for (personal account) and my banker gave me options. This made me feel empowered. He made my banking experience pleasant. Thank you for all your help.

Employees are great. Policies not so much. Offered a credit to my account on my kids birthday after I got robbed by an online listing. I didn't ask. They offered. Didn't say I'd have to pay back double or anything at all.

I have never been a fan of the big monster banks. (I don't understand people that complain about how impersonal and uncaring they are, yet they use them as their bank) Bank of Texas, no matter which branch I go to, has always been top quality in their service. I could not be happier. The couple of times I have had an issue they jumped on it and it was resolved right away. (Including once when my debit card was hacked. Didn't lose a dime!) If you are tired of being treated like one of millions, make the change.

Let me say that this branch is great, HOWEVER, the bank as a whole is average. And NEVER borrow money from them to buy a house (or car). I have a loan on a house with them and the roof was damaged. The process of getting the check from the insurance company was simple. The process of getting the check deposited was a complete nightmare. If you like endless paperwork and filling out meaningless forms for hours, this is your bank. I'm now on my second round of forms because the roofer found an extra layer of shingles on the roof and the insurance company paid them a little extra to deal with that. BUT now the bank wants a complete new set of paperwork. Complete BS. NEVER BORROW MONEY ON AN ASSET with this bank!

Everyone at the bank was very welcoming and helpful. Francisco made it very accommodating and easy to open an account, understanding my busy work schedule, he went out of his way to work with me.
